How often, for example, have you heard the emergency-room argument? The uninsured, it's said, use emergency rooms for primary care. That's expensive and ineffective. Once they're insured, they'll have regular doctors. Care will improve; costs will decline. Everyone wins. Great argument. Unfortunately, it's untrue.

Just like "if you like your plan/doctor, yes you can keep your plan/doctor. Period!"

Once again we learn it was nothing but lies.

Backers of ObamaCare have said it would reduce the number of visits to emergency rooms, the Wall Street Journal notes, but in fact, a poll of ER doctors finds that number has been climbing.

Exactly as predicted by everybody with something other than fascistic feces for brains when Øbigliar and his Democrook accomplices in Congress were conspiring to ram their unread, 2,000-page bill fraud down all our throats.

"Visits are going up despite the (Affordable [sic] Care [sic] Act), and in a lot of cases because of it," a spokesman for the American College of Emergency Physicians tells the Journal.

Also, the average family's annual health care costs were supposed to go down by $2,500. But, of course, the opposite has happened. Just look at how "affordable" your deductible and premiums are now.

The findings come from a March poll of 2,098 doctors, three-quarters of whom said they'd seen ER visits increase since January 2014. Last year, less than half of doctors polled noted an increase in the number of visits.

After many lawless delays and exemptions, we're finally starting to feel the full abominable effects of Øfascist"Care".

The ACEP says people who have gained Medicaid insurance under the law are heading to the ER because they have a hard time getting appointments otherwise; many doctors won't accept their insurance, ACEP notes.

Another prediction come true.

There is also the problem of hospitals and ERs closing.

Ditto.

The president of ACEP tells USA Today that there is also a shortage of primary care doctors given the number of people now insured.

Only fanatical fascists like Øbigliar and his co-conspirators in government and media didn't want you to see that one coming.

US officials have predicted that by 2020, the country will be 20,000 primary care doctors short of its needs. "(Patients) don't have anywhere to go but the emergency room," he says. "This is what we predicted. We know people come because they have to."

By then, don't be surprised if you have to bring along an interpreter whenever you visit your Øfascist"Care" "doctor."

Kingston private practice to close due to Affordable [sic] Care Act

(WBIR-Kingston) Practitioners have less than a month to meet new standards under the Affordable [sic] Care Act (ACA).

However, some East Tennessee private practices are choosing to leave the business instead.

Dr. Robert Parker of Parker Family Eyecare in Kingston will close his private practice by the end of the month. He spent three years at the Race Street location.

Parker said it is too burdensome to meet the new federal requirements....

"If you don't have a scribe or someone who can input it into the computer while you're seeing the patient, you will find yourself doing a lot of inputting instead of listening to the patient and taking care of the patient. I've already had some doctors tell me that's a problem," he said....

Parker knows of at least two East Tennessee medical doctors choosing to close their practices; he believes private practices will one day be nonexistent.

"When they lose that local person that they've gone to for years and has watched their families grow up, you lose a lot of continuity of the care," Parker said.

Starting in January 2014, doctors who do not use the electronic system could face [business-killing] penalties.

Data security weaknesses continue to plague Obamacare's systems, erecting another obstacle to successful enrollment. If people don't believe their sensitive information is safe, they're far less likely to roll the dice and plug in Social Security numbers and financial data into the federal (and state level) exchanges. One expert hacker tells CNBC that Healthcare.gov is woefully under-protected and wonders what, if any, measures were originally built into the website's structure....

Okay, so it still has major security holes. It still can't process any payments. It still won't calculate your subsidies. It still isn't of any practical use to consumers, employers, or insurers. But other than all that, it's "fixed!"

Yes, they not only can and will keep their Cadillac Rolls-Royce Lamborghini plan, but can and will make us taxpayers pay them huge amounts to keep it. But we aren't so lucky. No, we can't even tell our insurers his long, rusty knife in our backs is a pre-existing condition they have to cover.

Everybody with a functioning brain knows it's impossible for anybody to resurrect all those cancelled plans without putting all the insurance companies that offered them out of business more quickly than it took lying Øliar's green-"jobs" companies to go bankrupt. Then who would be left to offer these plans? especially since they're in fact still illegal per this fascistration's other dictates? Don't ask lying Øliar or the other mindless fascist liberal anti-America tyrants^(birm) who keep ramming their unmitigated disasters down everybody else's throat. Their totally dead "brains" are indeed a pre-existing condition.

Secondly, lying Øliar told the Biggest. Lie. Ever. that any president, real or Øfraudulent, could tell the American people. While he and his Demøfascist comrades in Congress exclusively exempt themselves from every egregious hardship they keep forcing the rest of us to suffer, they made sure when the dust finally settles on their Settled Law Of Teh Land™ practically everybody who has an individual or employment-based plan — 156 million total — isn't going to be able to keep his plan no matter how much he likes it. hanks to the U.S. Supreme Court, yes Congress can order the Internal Revenue Service to fine tax you if you refuse to purchase any good or service it thinks feels you must have. (Ain't dictatorial powers grand?)

Thus, under FSA2AA — nicknamed "UninfringedArms" — you either go to Firearms.gov or call 1-800-E1ATMOI and buy a government-approved bronze, silver, gold, or platinum plated gun through your state's firearms exchange. The bronze plated one is the cheapest. But it has a high, 5,500 rounds deductible. The platinum plated gun has a smaller ammunition deductible. But it's the most expensive.

If you cannot prove to the IRS that you had a firearm for at least 10 months in any given calendar year, yes you can and will be taxed. However, if your income is below four times the federal poverty level, you'll receive a means-tested subsidy when you buy a firearm.

On the off chance you still have a job in this alleged recovery, your employer must supply you with an adequate gun or else pay a hefty fine/tax/whatever. When you visit a gun shop (or gun show) for your firearms needs, the law requires the owner (or organizer) to follow certain guidelines, such as not providing you a scope if the government thinks feels you're not worthy enough to receive it. (Gotta bend that cost curve down, you know.)

Senatorial campaigns next year will be replete with uncomfortable lines of questioning about their very public votes against funding a slew of sensitive government programs they say they support, but in fact didn't when their support was needed most. The so-called shutdown has handed opposing candidates an unprecedented opportunity to refer to an already sizable, yet still growing record of Demøcruel hypocrisy:

"How could you, Senator, vote in favor of defunding cancer research that could save the lives of our stricken children? Because the American people's representatives rightly refused to meet your extremely unreasonable demand that they pay your highly unaffordable Obama'Care' ransom first? Senator, have you no heart?

"Again I ask, how could you, Senator, be so petty and vindictive as to tell their distraught parents, 'Let my incompetent president and his corrupt IRS run your health care or let your children die'? Senator, have you no shame?"

So you see, prematurely ending this alleged shutdown with a "clean" continuing resolution now only gets Demøthugs off the hook. They must face the consequences of these disgustingly spiteful and mean-spirited games they keep playing with all our lives and our livelihoods. Forcing them to do so would be most just and fair. Then we'll see the American people winning for a change.

Otherwise they'll easily get away with saying that they've got everything they want. There's nothing to negotiate, Republicans.

Demøterrorists, like their Paleoswinian pals, only come to the negotiating table when they're getting their asses kicked.

he Øfascist Environmental Protection Agency's first instinct was to order every American's mouth and nose "temporarily stitched shut." But with the massive number of medical professionals fleeing the health care sector due to Øfascist"Care" 4Ø4"Care", its enforcement officers determined this approach would be highly impracticable. Plan B — showing the officers YouTube videos that demonstrate the procedure so yes they can do it themselves — was rejected as well after EPA lawyers discovered that practicing medicine without a licence is, unfortunately, still illegal in most states.

Then the Deputy Associate Vice-Assistant Administrator for the Clean Air Regulatory Enforcement Division's Swamp Gas Inspections Sub-Bureau, Dorriss Litch-Boser, submitted an extremely ingenious proposal: "Hire contractors to build and deploy super-supersized giant vacuum cleaners, or 'SSGVCs,' around the country to barricade and contain America's unregulatable air." Naturally, the EPA administrator approved her proposal. A minority-owned business in Bethesda, Maryland, "VacuumZ Repair-n-Delivery," was contracted to build 17,000 SSGVCs and deliver them by November 1, to EPA's swarm of field offices across the United States. Each SSGVC would be capable of sucking about six billion tons of air out of the sky.

Responding to public concerns about EPA's plan, pResident fuBarack Øbombast said Republican members of Congress left him no other choice. "They're holding the very air you breathe hostage! If this Shutdown! continues much longer, we're all literally going to die, thanks to them," he told reporters between the 11th and 12th holes of the "shut-down" Andrews Air Force Base Golf Course.

Republican leaders countered that they have passed a bill that would fully fund the EPA, including its enforcement of clean air regulations, but Senate Demøcrooked misleader Harry Reid Hank the Ripper has forbidden any vote on it. "He's already denied children with cancer the funds we requested for the medical research that could save their lives. So it's not at all surprising he wants them and the rest of us to not even have any air," House Speaker John Boehner said.

An EPA spokesman said the giant vacuum cleaners would be turned on a few days before Thanksgiving, unless the agency receives "its entitled funding."
