Army SGT Bergdahl was not "captured" by the enemy in 2009. He abandoned his assigned post on his Forward Operating Base (FOB), leaving his weapon. Several U.S. Army Soldiers lost their lives in search for Bergdahl. His disappearance can only be classified as desertion and the media must not be so giddy about a good news story that they don't tell the truth — which is apparent to many. The allegation of desertion is serious. It is grave because it occurred during a war, during combat operations.

The U.S. Army must uphold proper order and discipline and this allegation must be investigated — but the truth is already known. I believe the liberal media will attempt to elevate him to some type of status that will cause the Army not to pursue the right direction under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). We who have served in Iraq, Afghanistan, and other combat areas of operation against radical Islamists know they don't hold our troops — they are savagely and brutally murdered. They exist to kill Americans.

Are we glad that Bergdahl is home? After five years, yes, but there are many unanswered questions that cannot be dismissed because of emotions.

The former, entreating us to preserve, protect, and defend everyone's liberties, told us, "With this faith"—

we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope. With this faith we will be able to transform the jangling discords of our nation into a beautiful symphony of brotherhood. With this faith we will be able to work together, to pray together, to struggle together, to go to jail together, to stand up for freedom together, knowing that we will be free one day.... "From every mountainside, let freedom ring."

The fascist, threatening to run roughshod over everyone's liberties, tells us, "With this pen"—

I can sign executive orders and take executive actions and administrative actions that move the ball forward in helping to make sure [I inveigle enough gullible voters with promises of more "free" stuff in order to unduly expand my party's hold on power].

We have a nightmare on our hands so long as this tyrant "thinks" feels yes he can continue to unconstitutionally wield that pen in his clinched fist.

What Ødespot's knowingly and willfully neglected to tell you, however, is that our Founding Fathers had the pen first; and with it they wrote in our Constitution that "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States" and the president "shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed." Our Constitution doesn't vest in him any power to "move the ball forward" as if he were the Congress or some RepreSenator-in-Chief™. Nowhere in it is he or his vindictive, tyrannical regime allowed to do anything not expressly allowed under its provisions or by duly-enacted law. Nor is he allowed to sign anything that sounds, looks, or smells like a law unless both houses of Congress have passed it.

No usurper-n-thief or his lawless branch will ever have any hope of fundamentally transforming that.

oth Øtyrant and his NSSA regularly goosestep on your Constitution and your basic rights. But he's fine with that: "If I and my fascist regime like violating your constitutional rights, yes we can keep violating your constitutional rights. Period!" he effectively told his slavish sycophant media "reporters" yesterday. He and his misadministration conduct warrantless searches on them as well as members of Congress. But they both seem fine with that, too. The Dictatorats and the press (sorry for the redundancy) like him abusing his powers, so they're going to let him keep abusing his powers. Period. Which means it's up to us to elect this November enough Senate and House Republicans who not only dislike Øfascist's unconscionable abuses of power but have the guts to stand up and actually do whatever it takes to cancel his abuses of power. Otherwise, your and my rights are doomed.
