Charles Ortel, a longtime financial adviser, said he has spent the past 15 months digging into the Clinton Foundation's public records, federal and state-level tax filings, and donor disclosures. That includes records from the foundation's many offshoots — including the Clinton Health Access Initiative and the Clinton Global Initiative — as well as its foreign subsidiaries.

According to Ortel's reports, the contribution disclosures from the Clinton Foundation don't match up with individual donors' records. He also argued that the foundation is not in compliance with some state laws regarding fundraising registration, disclosure requirements, and auditing rules.

This week, Ortel is starting to release his findings in the first of a series of up to 40 planned reports on his website. His allegation: "this is a charity fraud."

Ortel said his reports in the coming months would also provide evidence that the foundation is not complying with state laws on fundraising, financial disclosure, and audits....

Ortel said he hoped the reports would encourage investigative journalists to follow up on his findings.

They've even passed a constitutional amendment in your state forbidding you from marrying the person you love! That's mean. It's unjust.

They deny you your dream of walking down the aisle and being joined in holy matrimony, because to them it would be a total nightmare if it ever came true. Don't they know we're living in the twenty-first century? There's no room in our society for such prejudice anymore. Not even against the ultimate in same-sex relationships: Sologamy.

Only solophobes oppose same-self marriage. "But," they tell you, "you do have the right to marry, as long as it's between you and somebody else." What good does that do you? That's elsist. It's exclusive.

Do we or don't we have the right to marry anyone we choose no matter who that person is? Why limit marriage to two or more persons of the opposite or same sex or even from a different or the same family or, for that matter, species? No matter the animate (or inanimate) object of your affection, you should have just as much right to marry the same. It's about equality! Now what can be more enlightened than that?

Who knows? One day our laws may evolve to where yes a woman can marry not only herself but her female Chihuahua and three deceased sisters — with their executrices' permission, of course — in the same same-self, same-sex, same-fauna, and postumously same-kin ceremony. Don't worry about its members coming together to do something to stop you. By the way, do you like taking numerous vacations every year and a lot of time out for playing your favorite sport? If so, you couldn't find a better office to hold! Yes, you and the First Spouse (not to be confused with the first spouse if you've ever had more than one) can take separate planes to the same or different luxurious locations. Sweet. Enjoy the complementary free passes the press will go remarkably out of its way to give you, too.

But wait, there's more. Since you're the president, the Fourth Amendment doesn't apply to anything you do. Neither does the Due Process Clause. Spy on American citizens or blow them up with your drones. It's nice to have options. Reporters don't seem to mind much if you spy on their colleagues, either.

Your predecessor B.J. Clinton said he did what he did "because I could." B.H. Øbama followed that up with "yes we can." You should keep this going by spewing something even a little more revealing. How does "it's our turn" grab you?

One last thing: About those words you recited right before you took office — you know, when you had your left hand on the Bible and stuff? Those came from the Constitution. (If you just asked, "The what?" then nevermind.) But since more and more people in Washington don't bother paying attention to the rest of the words in it anymore, it's not like they're going to care whether you took all that "solemnly swear" crap seriously or not when you spoke it. So your preserving, protecting, and defending this or any other part of the Constitution is now becoming merely another optional thing that yes you can freely ignore. So what is a control-freak nanny statist to do? Any hiring or employment practice that adversely and disproportionately affects minority groups is prima facie evidence of racial discrimination. Yet being able to tell people what they can't do both at home and at work is orgasmically A Good Thing™. But if activists start claiming that testing for nicotine use amounts to racial profiling, you risk being hauled into courts of law and public opinion, defending yourself against multiple lawsuits and irreparably bad publicity. Picture "Teh Revs." Jackson, Sharpton et al. showing up at your door and saying, "Nice business you have here. Shame if someone like me happened to call it racist!" It's a conundrum.

Sure, you could present facts and data to support your reasons for engaging in this discriminatory practice. But that won't matter. Once it's beset with the "allegedly racist" label, you'll never hear the end of it until — and likely even after — you ditch it.

Best you can do is make exceptions for any "poorer individuals, including those from minority groups, who, under a ban on employees who smoke, will lose the opportunity to work for an employer that offers health insurance, long-term advancement, and retirement benefits." You still get to tell unprotected non-minority/non-lower income employees what they can't do outside the workplace. Win-win!

he last thing liberals want to promote is protection of individual rights. Their mania for controlling everybody can never tolerate the existence of any free country. It and its citizens who like it must be destroyed at all costs, and any and all means to that end are totally acceptable, they "think" feel. The lawsuit describes the experiment [at the Envirowacko Protection Agency] as involving 41 human subjects, that were elderly patients with a variety of medical issues including asthma and heart problem, being paid $12 per hour to participate in the experiment two hours at a time. During those hours, they were breathing through a plastic tube, a mixture of air and diesel exhaust, the latter of which was piped in directly from the tail-pipe of a running truck parked just outside the building. The lawsuit says the subjects were inhaling directly into their lungs particulate matters from the exhaust called "PM2.5" at a rate 21 times greater than what the EPA [says] is safe for human breathing. It reported in one instance, an elderly woman had to be taken out of the experiment and hospitalized over night to recover from exposure to the poison exhaust.

In an article on the American Thinker, Mark Musser describes the experience this way, "It has been recently revealed that the EPA has far surpassed the dark humor of blowing up kids and people on film that global warming scare-mongers promoted a few years back. In real life, the EPA has been conducting human experiments on people by piping diesel fumes from a running truck mixed with air into their lungs at a North Carolina university. The agency has ginned up yet another green crusade — the lethal dangers of diesel fumes. They even had a gas chamber set up to accommodate the environmental research project that shockingly recalls the death camps in Poland."

This was clearly an unethical and likely illegal and certainly hideous experiment using human subjects, on which Musser further writes, "Not surprisingly, the EPA is now in the process of being sued for conducting dangerous experiments on human guinea pigs. The courts will decide whether or not serious laws and practices were violated, including the international Nuremberg Code that was set up after sixteen Nazi doctors were executed for medical terrorism. After the barbaric fallout of Nazi Germany, where many people were treated like experimental animals, the Nuremberg Code was designed to be an international governing set of principles to regulate the practice of human experimentation. The whiff of the Jewish holocaust is therefore unmistakable."...

Next time a liberal tells you "if   insert tyrannically intrusive extremist plan here   could save even one person's life, we [i.e., bigger government] ought to do it," punch him in his hypocritical fascist face. It'll make the Baby Jesus smile.

This experiment was carried out by the EPA under Lisa Jackson, appointed by Barack Obama [Doktor Obamengele], who had testified before congress that she believes the particulate matter in diesel fuel is killing people who inhale it from the air. If she believes that, why was she having this poison piped directly into the lungs of human subjects in massive dosages, 21 times the strength her own agency says is safe for humans to breath in?

If not enough money is in the treasury to cover such appropriations, it is the responsibility of Congress to either expressly reduce total appropriations or expressly lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, and even borrow money on the credit of the United States so there is enough money. Otherwise, spending must stop completely once the treasury's balance hits zero, unless Congress has, by law, expressly provided for that exigency — as it did in the Antideficiency Act:

The act prohibits federal officials from obligating funds before an appropriations measure has been enacted, except as authorized by law. The act also prohibits acceptance of voluntary services and employment of personal services exceeding what has been authorized by law. Exceptions are made under the act to the latter prohibition for "emergencies involving the safety of human life or the protection of property." Therefore, the Antideficiency Act generally prohibits agencies from continued operation in the absence of appropriations. Failure to comply with the act may result in criminal sanctions, fines, and removal.

Please fail to comply with that Act of Congress, Øfascist. Watching you try to squirm your way out of the resulting criminal sanctions, fines, and removal, and your corrupt attorney general again blatantly ignore and break numerous laws in the process, would do no end of good towards waking even more people up to your thoroughly lawless and irresponsible regime.

In both cases now before it, the orders of the Supreme Court of the United States ought to be unanimous: We must let each state decide. No state may be forced to accept another state's decision.

Consent of the governed is the only principle a government can follow to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers. No just or legitimate power can ever be derived from any attempt to transcend that principle, no matter what the cause. At every level it is so fundamental to our form of government, there would be no ground of public confidence in the government once its violation is allowed. Indeed, it is the beginning and the end of the American story:

When it became necessary, the laws of nature and of nature's God entitled us to assume among the powers of the earth a separate and equal station, one within which we alone have authority to institute, together for our nation and respectively for our states, new governments. In each case, we were determined to lay its foundation on such principles and organize its powers in such form as to us seemed most likely to effect our safety and happiness. The general result was a "system approaching so near to perfection as it does" that it "can only end in Despotism, as other forms have done before it, when the people shall become so corrupted as to need despotic Government, being incapable of any other."

Eighty years later our consent was required to abolish slavery and to make it unconstitutional for any government to deny or abridge a citizen's rights on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude. In light of that consent, the U.S. Supreme Court belatedly but unanimously overturned all laws prohibiting miscegenation, which by 1967 were on the books in only a third of the states. A man and a women, regardless either's skin color, now could marry each other anywhere in the United States. That decision, however, prohibited discrimination based on physical attributes, not behavioral choices.

So what if two sisters want to "marry" each other? If a state's law or highest court says they have the "right" to, what effect should that have on the laws against incest in other states? Can there be any constitutional grounds for prohibiting those states the power to enforce such laws if "Mrs. and Mrs. Doe-Doe" choose to reside in any of them?

So what if more than two persons want to "marry" each other? Are all laws against polygyny, polyandry, or group marriage rendered unenforceable in every state when one state decides they should be? (And if a state decides that all animals and/or plants have the same rights as human beings, what then?)

Must we seek to impose these views by force of law on our fellow citizens? If so, what is the point of enacting any marriage "law"?

If a mere five judges of the Supreme Court either fail to realize that the real goal of these views' proponents is not to redefine "marriage" but to render that term substantively meaningless, or otherwise decide to activistly promote that goal, how much more corrupted must the American people become before they themselves decide that the term "despotism" can never again retain with them any meaning at all?

t's unsurprising that somebody who thinks feels a lack of tax hikes is "spending in the tax code," would think feel bypassing Congress and either increasing our public debt or coining money, or both, all by himself can be somehow left on the table.

Our constitution, that document he swore he would preserve, protect and defend — not pervert, reject and suspend — exclusively grants Congress power to pay the debts and borrow money on the credit of the United States, as well as coin money and regulate its value. Under no circumstances does that grant include any president minting a trillion-dollar coin, tossing it in the U.S. treasury, and consequently drawing it therefrom without any appropriation made by law. Nor does it include a president creating any public debt not authorized by law.

The sole powers of Congress to raise revenue, appropriate expenditures, and incur debt, moreover, are exercised separately through distinct legislation. Debt is not automatically incurred when the amount of money appropriated exceeds the amount raised. If Congress wishes to borrow money to make up the difference, it must pass legislation expressly authorizing that borrowing. But if the amount so authorized is not enough, the treasury at some point will be totally depleted and, as a result, none of the remaining excess may be drawn from it, regardless the amount of expenditures Congress has appropriated. At that point, all operations of government requiring such excess to continue — and only those specific operations — simply must cease unless and until Congress provides the money for them.

In sum, Congress, not the president or any court, is responsible for all the implications of exercising each of the above powers.

There is no lawful public demand for a trillion-dollar ØfascistCoin. Make no mistake: Any decision to mint and issue øne would clearly be arbitrary, capricious, an abuse of discretion, otherwise not in accordance with law, and unconstitutional. Also, there is no implied authorization of public debt under any provision of the Fourteenth Amendment. Indeed, the amendment itself grants Congress sole power to "enforce, by appropriate legislation," all of its provisions; meaning only Congress may, acting on our behalf, contractually bind us all to every such public obligation.

Of course, there wouldn't exist today any serious concern about either of these unnecessary evils were our country not egregiously saddled with an Øbamoonbat who thinks feels "breaking free from the essential constraints that were placed by the founding fathers in the Constitution" might somehow be A Good Thing™. Who just wants to keep dropping more and more and more of our coins into his misadministration's corrupt slot machine of extreme, unsustainable spending on things like Øfascist"Care" and ØfascistFones until he completely bankrupts our entire country and transforms every citizen into fundamentally a lifetime dependent of an overwhelmingly and endlessly massive, Demøfascist-controlled government.

But do let him and his fellow fascists try. Even with a protective media snarling and yiping from his lap, they'll ultimately fail. Crossing the line with Øfascist"Care" cost them the House of Representatives two years ago. They risk losing a more precarious Senate as well two years from now if they persist in these shady efforts to ram down the American people's throats any further abuses and usurpations.
