roolin' Joe's totally open "totally closed" U.S. southern border, along with his KoncentrationKamps4Kids™, make Baracomrade Øfascist's treasonously lax immigration policies look like a post-riot lockdown at Sing Sing Prison. Add to that Fraudulent Biden's predictably new wars in the Middle East, and it's clear our country — and the entire free world — would be much safer under the misleadership of even a Jimmah Carter-B. Hussein O. love child.
The Great Depression has nothing on Joe Stalin-lite's economic plans, either. Inflation from passing out dollars like crack, after flushing pipeline union workers down the toilet, wouldn't have happened during Ol' Jimmah's Era of Misery®. Nor was that peanut brain insane enough to "think" feel things like Greener School Lunches, Racial/Gender Inequity Reduction, Civilian Climate Corpse and other Loony Lefty Ludicrousness fall within a billion parsecs of the accepted meaning of "infrastructure."
epresentative Mark Finchem, 11th Legislative District of Arizona, on Victory Channel's America Stands yesterday:
What we're seeing, folks, is the rise of the American oligarchy — and if you've got money, you can buy the government. It didn't used to be that way. It used to be you actually had a vote. But when we moved away from the counting of paper ballots, and moved into an era of electronic counting, we saw the opportunity to use automation to speed the process up. Alright, that's a noble pursuit — a virtuous pursuit. But when we moved from tablutation to calculation, that's the day that we lost our Republic. We no longer have, in my opinion, a free and fair election.
hief! That's what you call somebody who "borrows" whatever isn't his without the owner's permission. Not that an irredeemably rude, ill-mannered, slimy, disrespectful, lying, self-entitled, crude, thoughtless, inconsiderate, law-breaking, back-stabbing, scum-IVing reprobate and career criminal would know anything about that. He just greedily takes anything he "thinks" feels should be his. In his always self-serving "mind," only he deserves to have it now, not those to whom the law (or a constitution) says it belongs.
If this were Saudi Arabia, Baracrook Hussein Ølawless wouldn't be picking up any pens or any phones except with one of his prosthetic hands.
Even the most incompetent "constitutional law professor" knows or should know that separation of powers — that bedrock principle on which the foundation of a free people's government is laid — means no branch of government may ever exercise any power vested in one of the others, nor ever consent to either of them exercising any vested in it. Our Constitution alone provides for every vestment of granted power in each of the three branches; and since the owners of all such powers are the people, a branch may neither borrow from nor lend to another any of the powers they vested in it. That is, not without their permission, which they express solely by that document or a properly ratified amendment to it.
Thus, the only place a Borrowed Powers Clause exists is in the terminally diseased "brains" of oath-violating Despotcrat misleaders or other extremely corrupt and tyrannical National Socialist fascists.
am not a tyrant!" is one the first things every tyrant throughout history has whined — usually right after declaring he is the law:
"We can't wait for Congress to do its job, so where they won't act, I will...." "It is the belief of this administration[fascistration –FIFY, LR] that we can't wait for action on the Hill...." "If Congress won't act, I will...."
[Der Fübar] ought to know — but apparently doesn't — that the executive branch must work with the Congress, not evade it, and it is not the president's role to determine what Congress' job is and whether or not it is doing that job. The Constitution determines what Congress' job is, and the voters are the ones to determine whether or not their representatives are doing their job.
Unfortunately, you've grown up hearing voices that incessantly warn of government as nothing more than some separate, sinister entity that's at the root of all our problems. [Tyrannese-to-English translation: "Nobody should be allowed to point out that I constantly lie and am a complete fraud and that my fascist dictatorship is as transparent as a brick wall."]
Some of these same voices also do their best to gum up the works. [Translation: "Neither should anybody be allowed to defy, in any way, my tyranny."]
They'll warn that tyranny's always lurking just around the corner. [Translation: "Ha ha, too late. It ain't lurkin' anymore. It's now goose-stompin' on all your throats!"]
You should reject these voices. [Translation: "You, my gaggle of wind-up mindless Øbots, should obediently destroy anybody who does not obsequiously bow down to Me!]
Every tyrant must create some Enemy Of The People™ to distract those he oppresses, lest they focus on the real cause of their growing miseries and subjugation; namely, his tyranny. In the case of Øfascist, that scapegoat is everybody with the courage to stand up and publicly fight for all of our most hard-won freedoms.
None of our nation's founders would've had any trouble recognizing the usurpations, lawlessness, and other assorted depravities we're increasingly witnessing from Bareich Øfascist as nothing but the final, desperate acts of a discredited despot.
Deep within its Josef Mengele wing, "Doctors" Robert Wilcox and Okay Odocha happily commit crimes against humanity for the state.

inor traffic violation, uncertified drug-sniffing dog's false positive, and you're on your way to the Wilcox & Odocha Chamber of Horrors.
A special medal of freedom should go to the Deming, New Mexico emergency room doctor who declared the whole thing medically "unethical" and refused to participate in this literal crapping on a citizen's fundamental rights.
he Øfascist regime's pet political cronies like SEIU and power-abusing IRS will all have access to your "private" information. What could possibly go wrong?
It's not that you can't trust the most nontransparent, unethical, dishonest, extremist, law-breaking glitchestration in the history of the country. That's a given.
It's that you shouldn't ever voluntarily give any information to known criminals which can help them victimize you. (Unless, of course, you enjoy being victimized. Evidently, some people* do.)
Just because a website has a .gov extension doesn't mean it's not run by crooks. Because in light of the clear criminality of Queen Stompy Foot the Unaccountable™ and her globe-trotting troupe of totalitarian thugs, it does.
Most certainly, in fact.
"Under us, you have no reasonable expectation of privacy." Translate that into Latin and you'd have what passes for the official motto of the whole Baracrook Øtyrant dictatorship.
Somewhere down within the deepest, hottest caverns of hell, Joseph, Benito, Adolf, Mao, and other notorious Progressives are looking up and smiling wearing the Biggest. S-E-Grins. Ever.
hanks to the U.S. Supreme Court, yes Congress can order the Internal Revenue Service to fine tax you if you refuse to purchase any good or service it thinks feels you must have. (Ain't dictatorial powers grand?)
Thus, under FSA2AA — nicknamed "UninfringedArms" — you either go to Firearms.gov or call 1-800-E1ATMOI and buy a government-approved bronze, silver, gold, or platinum plated gun through your state's firearms exchange. The bronze plated one is the cheapest. But it has a high, 5,500 rounds deductible. The platinum plated gun has a smaller ammunition deductible. But it's the most expensive.
If you cannot prove to the IRS that you had a firearm for at least 10 months in any given calendar year, yes you can and will be taxed. However, if your income is below four times the federal poverty level, you'll receive a means-tested subsidy when you buy a firearm.
On the off chance you still have a job in this alleged recovery, your employer must supply you with an adequate gun or else pay a hefty fine/tax/whatever. When you visit a gun shop (or gun show) for your firearms needs, the law requires the owner (or organizer) to follow certain guidelines, such as not providing you a scope if the government thinks feels you're not worthy enough to receive it. (Gotta bend that cost curve down, you know.)
Heady from the resounding success of these laws — collectivistly know as the Submit Else Relinquish Fearsome Doses Of Money (SERFDOM) Acts — Congress, in its infinite and infallible wisdom, thinks feels it has to pass even more of them... so that you can find out what is in them, or something. For examples,
Patriotism Protection and Affordable Flag Act
Buy an American-made American flag or pay a tax
Postal Protection and Affordable Mailbox Act
Buy a government-approved one or pay a tax
Disaster Preparedness and Affordable Stockpile Act
“Everywhere you look, there’s more evidence that ObamaCare was fundamentally broken even before it started. And while our citizens bear the brunt of the law, it seems like big corporations and special interests have gotten exempted. Even Members of Congress are getting preferential treatment, yet everyday Virginians, of whom I am privileged to count myself, are paying the costs and experiencing diminished freedoms.
“President Obama’s ideas are deeply flawed and the implementation of this law has been a national embarrassment. Let me be plain, the law that carries the President’s name is the hallmark of a reckless federal government that has lost its way.
“As Attorney General of a Commonwealth which was one of our nation’s first 13 colonies, and the birthplace of American democracy, I’ll never stand by and watch as our hard fought freedoms are taken away.
“We can do better. We need to provide flexibility and choice within our health care system. Our citizens shouldn’t be forced to choose insurance providers and doctors who’ve been preselected by government bureaucrats. We need to open up the insurance market and allow cross state purchase of insurance to drive competition and lower premiums.
“Physicians are fleeing Medicaid because they’re paid so little and have to spend more time completing regulatory paperwork, time they would rather spend treating their patients. Our citizens should be able to choose the health care providers who they believe will provide the best care for their needs, and we shouldn’t have to make our healthcare decisions with 16,000 IRS agents looming as the ObamaCare enforcers.
“Most importantly, we need to reverse the perverse incentives that have raised the cost of insurance premiums and have forced employers to drop health care benefits and full-time jobs in order to stay in business.
“Our health care system should be transparent at all levels and provide pricing to inform and empower American families.
“We should support market based solutions for health care reform and empower patients free of government control.”
ave a little patience, Mohammed. We're working hard to make this even easier for you.
Just come on in now, right across our open "borders." Don't forget to bring all your wives.
If any federal agent tries to stop you — which is doubtful — file a discrimination lawsuit against the United States. Claim that "the purpose and practical effect of what the government is doing to us are to impose a disadvantage, a separate status, and so a stigma upon all who enter into polygamous marriages." Add that it's "injuring our personhood and dignity," and you're home free.
Given the legislative and legal chicanery going on, you and your radicalized brethren won't have to wait very long before yes you can take advantage of your special status to get government to stigmatize, disparage, demean, degrade, humiliate, and otherwise burden every person, group, and activity you say offends you. Our courts wouldn't give such polyphobic racist bigoted islamophobes who "desire to harm a politically unpopular group" the time of day, much less any real victory. The purpose and practical effect of that, of course, are to ensure there won't be anybody left who isn't sufficiently submissive to your group.
Once that's done, and with undoubtedly the rampant aid and comfort our media medhimmia will adheringly keep giving you, yes you can use it to intimidate even weaker-minded/lower-information voters into electing a second muslim president.
Mission accomplished. The Great Satan™ is hardly great anymore. Its citizenskafirs, sinking in their own quicksands of deviancy, have subdued themselves and are completely at your mercy.
“While our country remains untainted with the principles and manners which are now producing desolation in so many parts of the world; while she continues sincere, and incapable of insidious and impious policy, we shall have the strongest reason to rejoice in the local destination assigned us by Providence. But should the people of America once become capable of that deep simulation towards one another, and towards foreign nations, which assumes the language of justice and moderation while it is practising iniquity and extravagance, and displays in the most captivating manner the charming pictures of candor, frankness, and sincerity, while it is rioting in rapine and insolence, this country will be the most miserable habitation in the world; because we have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge, or gallantry, would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”
John Adams
President of the United States of America

When your own vice president and fluffy lapdogs condemn you...
Y
ou are proven, beyond a reasonable doubt, guilty. Judgment must be, at the very least, your removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust or profit under the United States. Otherwise there is no justice for all anymore in this nation; not when, yes, we the privileged few can hide behind lies and can continue to violate, without fear, the most sacred of trusts.
Our constitutional guarantees are meaningless so long as we the people permit this abomination to stand.
"If I know every single phone call you made, I'm able to determine every single person you talk to, I can get a pattern about your life that is very, very intrusive." Indeed. "And the real question here is: What do they do with this information that they collect that does not have anything to do with al-Qaeda?" Or any other terrorist group or threat, for that matter. "And we're going to trust the president and the vice president of the United States, that they're doing the right thing. Don't count me in on that." Every citizen who still loves his freedom is saying the exact same thing.
This universal intrusiveness the executive branch now subjects us to is unprecedented. It is offensive to all that is good and decent in this country, to everything we say we hold dear. It is evil. One of the worst any generation of Americans has seen; and one that we must totally overcome and defeat before it completely overwhelms and destroys every American's life as he knows it.
"This came after the disclosure that the government was snooping on journalists." Indeed. "Also, the IRS' improper targeting of conservative groups for extra scrutiny as they sought tax-exempt status has spiraled into a wholesale examination of the agency, including the finding that it spent $49 million in taxpayer money on 225 employee conferences over the past three years." Or the finding that it awarded nearly the same amount to 24,000 illegal aliens living at the same address. "Collectively, the issues call into question not only whether the nation's government can be trusted but also whether the leadership itself can."
If, after everything you'd have to be willfully deaf, dumb, and blind not to hear, behold, and see all around you, you're still somehow able to answer "Yes We Can™ trust it," then there's nothing anybody could possibly hope to tell you that would ever change your mindless way of "thinking." No, not even this:
If ye love wealth better than Liberty, The tranquility of servitude Better than the animating contest of Freedom, Go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, And may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.
You'll believe anything your Øbamaster tells you. Even this:
No more illegal wire-tapping of American citizens. No more national security letters to spy on citizens who are not suspected of a crime. No more tracking citizens who do nothing more than protest a misguided war. No more ignoring the law when it is inconvenient. That is not who we are.
Manifestly it is, now that your SCoaMFührer has fundamentally transformed our nation from one of laws to one of Øba"men"; and, yes, we can count you in on that, too.
The seven-year-old startup is already well-respected for guarding its users' privacy. It has fought government subpoenas that other companies, like Google, routinely comply with. The Electronic Frontier Foundation, a privacy group, recently gave Twitter six out of six stars for protecting user data from government monitoring.
"No one wants a pen that's going to rat them out," Alexander Macgillivray, Twitter's top lawyer, said last year.
As for the betrayers of us all:
Eight companies are said to be giving the NSA access to user data as part of PRISMFASCISM[FIFY –LR]: AOL, Apple, Facebook, Google, Microsoft, PalTalk, Skype, and Yahoo. Dropbox was apparently described in an NSA presentation as "coming soon."
Now we see that—
Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft and Yahoo have all denied flatly that they allowed the government direct access to their servers or even heard of PRISMFASCISM.
Yeah, we know what your flat denialriver in Egypt was worth:
With providers insisting that they had granted NSA no access to their servers and yet internal documents at NSA showing they had that kind of access, one claim or the other had to eventually collapse....
I imagine this makes the CEOs of Google, Microsoft, AOL, and Facebook a little embarrassed. Twitter, as AP noted, would have been a pretty critical platform to penetrate, given the ability to message privately through the firm's systems (DMs). Apparently, all it took was a refusal to make the NSA go away. On the other hand, perhaps the NSA could find at least some of that traffic routing through some of the servers they did access.
How did the NSA access those data streams? Contrary to the denials last night from Google and others, the NYT's Claire Cain Miller reports that the firms set up systems to allow the NSA to gain access to their content — as the companies themselves dumped it into secure "rooms" for NSA perusal.
ny search or seizure in the name of national security is reasonable? So is universally tapping into, continuously monitoring, and permanently noting every citizen or legal resident's personal communications and transactions conducted electronically? Is this the Policed States of America instead of the united ones?
If that be the case, add the Warrant Clause as well as the rest of the Fourth Amendment's provisions to the now growing list of dead-letter ones in our country's constitution.
Even under President Bush there were limits to what the executive branch could legally search while executing the Global War on Terror. After presiTyrant Øfascist officially declared the war over, one would think those limits would increase dramatically. Not decrease to absolutely none.
But one would have to be living securely in a free nation to think such. What we're living in today is nothing of the kind.
Subjects ask, "If you have nothing to hide, why would you want the government to stop monitoring you, unless you actually do have something to hide?" So everything you do is and ought to be the government's business? To even begin to think feel that can ever be compatible with a free society is insane. No one could reasonably expect the result to be, in defiance of all history, any different from every other path to absolute despotism expedited the world over by peoples too cowardly, complaisant, or lazy to stand up and fight for the same individual rights God has endowed all human beings with the moment each was created.
The default form of our government is tyranny. If it is the form we want, we do not need to do anything other than await from that hell foreshadowed by the one our inaction will create here on earth the eternal and inescapable condemnation of God and posterity.
Of course, should you think feel this form will be less fallible and more capable and trustworthy than the one to which we and our forebears were accustomed, try to pay even less attention whenever the subject of fatal, false-positive matches or the Boston Marathon Massacre or IRS-inflicted political vengeance is raised. We certainly wouldn't want anything to disturb your sleep.
Running guns to muslim terrorists in Libya, getting our diplomats killed in the process, covering it up, spying on AP "reporters," singling out conservative organizations for tyrannical harassment, ....
N
ow that the allegedly mainstream media, by willfully refusing to aggressively investigate these matters, have blindly given their tacit approval to Øfascist's clearly criminal activities, they would be complete hypocrites if any of them ever dares to criticize a future Republican president who may similarly flout the rule of law and thus threaten us and all our democratic institutions.
hat other "last resort" options would Demøbrats leave women? "Pretend you enjoy it"?
Obviously, they would rather help violent criminals create more government-dependent victims than allow any citizen the opportunity to fully exercise her God-given right to choose whichever means of self-defense she believes is best for her.
It's more proof of the Demøcreeps's War on Potential Rape Victims.
When it comes to Colorado Democrats and rape, though, the Democrats lately seem to have placed themselves on the side of the rapists. Democrat Rep. Joe Salazar, when discussing women and rape on college campuses was more concerned about the rapists being hurt by ditzy women than he was about women getting raped. And the University of Colorado offered self-defense advice that never even contemplated the possibility that a woman could defend herself with arms. This [so-called] advice ranged from run to vomit.
There was a lot of talk last Fall about a supposed "war on women." If anyone is interested in a real war on women, they should keep an eye on Colorado, which is doing its best to keep ditzy women entirely at the mercy of their attackers.
A government big enough to give you everything you want, is big enough to take away everything you have.
A
ny claim that "we can't just cut our way to prosperity," that it's instead going to require "everybody doing their fair share," presupposes the national government's control over, well, everybody. It is, in fact, "a bigger government we need" to make such broad-based control possible. So the use of "investment" spending cuts to deny or limit that control is really anathema to the Øfascists presently in power who want much, much more.
[T]hey use terms like the "Great Society," or as we were told a few days ago by the President, we must accept a "greater government activity in the affairs of the people." But they have been a little more explicit in the past and among themselves — and all of the things that I now will quote have appeared in print. These are not Republican accusations. For example, they have voices that say "the cold war will end through acceptance of a not undemocratic socialism." Another voice says that the profit motive has become outmoded, it must be replaced by the incentives of the welfare state; or our traditional system of individual freedom is incapable of solving the complex problems of the 20th century. Senator Fullbright has said at Stanford University that the Constitution is outmoded. He referred to the president as our moral teacher and our leader, and he said he is hobbled in his task by the restrictions in power imposed on him by this antiquated document. He must be freed so that he can do for us what he knows is best. And Senator Clark of Pennsylvania, another articulate spokesman, defines liberalism as "meeting the material needs of the masses through the full power of centralized government." Well, I for one resent it when a representative of the people refers to you and me — the free man and woman of this country — as "the masses." This is a term we haven't applied to ourselves in America. But beyond that, "the full power of centralized government" — this was the very thing the Founding Fathers sought to minimize. They knew that governments don't control things. A government can't control the economy without controlling people. And they know when a government sets out to do that, it must use force and coercion to achieve its purpose. They also knew, those Founding Fathers, that outside of its legitimate functions, government does nothing as well or as economically as the private sector of the economy.
Extreme censorship of even religious "references."
H
owever, had this 6-year-old girl in North Carolina wrote that her veteran grandfather prayed to allah, no doubt the government skewl PCensors™ would've allowed her to read her poem at the Veterans Day assembly:
The poem honored her two grandfathers who served during the Vietnam War.
"He prayed to God for peace," she wrote of one of them. "He prayed to God for strength."
Unfortunately, a parent found out about this, and complained to the school district....
After fully examining the issue during the [McDowell County Board of Education] meeting, President and Chief Executive Officer Ken Paulson stated the [government] school did in fact have the right[power* –FIFY, LR] to remove the word "God" from the child's poem.
"Courts have consistently held up the rights for students to express themselves unless their speech is disruptive to the [government] school," stated Paulson according to McDowell News. "When the little girl wrote the poem and included a reference to God she had every right to do that. The First Amendment protects all Americans. She had every right to mention God, (but) that dynamic changed when they asked her to read it at an assembly."
Paulson said that because the students were a captive audience — they were at a mandatory assembly with no place else to go if they didn't want to attend — administrators had the right[power] to remove the word "God."
"Courts have found that religious references at [government] school-sponsored events generally run afoul of the First Amendment," said Paulson. "When a public[government] school knows there's going to be a reference to religion then there is a problem and they have to address it. The reason for these restrictions is to prevent the government from endorsing a specific faith or religion. So public[government] schools have to steer clear of religious references."
Fox News contacted the parents of the student in question for comment, but they declined.
Pray for America, Dear Citizens. Just don't let anyone catch you doing it openly in "our" government skewls.
* In the United States of America — at least for now — only the individual citizen has rights. His government has powers that he and his fellow citizens expressly and specifiedly chose to merely loan it, and may at any time choose to reserve solely to themselves again.
oody. So anything a federal law says you should have, you don't have to actually have it. But "our" government has unlimited power to tax you for not having it. Let's see where this goes.
The more lawful gun owners a state has, the less crime it will have. Therefore, Congress passes the Shooter Protection and Affordable Firearm Act giving all law-abiding citizens the "choice" of either being armed or being taxed. Great. Let's keep going.
The more high wage earners a state has, the less poor it will have. Therefore, Congress passes the Worker Protection and Affordable Job Act giving all working-age citizens the "choice" of either being rich or being taxed. Wonderful. We're on a roll!
The more suit wearers a state has, the less shabbiness it will have. Therefore, Congress passes the Fashionable Protection and Affordable Outfit Act giving all clothed citizens the "choice" of either being stylish or being taxed. Fabulous. But we're not done!
The more vegetable eaters a state has, the less obesity it will have. Therefore, Congress passes the Diner Protection and Affordable Food Act giving all hungry citizens the "choice" of either being thin or being taxed. Yummy. Any of this leaving a bad taste in your mouth yet?
The more holy book readers a state has, the less immorality it will have. Therefore, Congress passes the Faithful Protection and Affordable Bible Act giving all literate citizens the "choice" of either being religious or being taxed. Awesome. What else?
Yes, Congress can, according to the U.S. Supreme Court Law-Rewriters, fill in that blank with absolutely anything.
ho spends a thousand dollars a year on birth control? Who can be more irresponsible?
When Baracrook Øbonehead jacks up our gas prices to Most. Expensive. Ever. levels, what do responsible people do? That's right, they cut back on driving.
They don't go crying to the government demanding "free" fill-ups.
Moreover, driving is a risky activity, even with all available safety precautions in place. That's why psychobabbler-in-chief Øbraindead says his Most. Expensive. Ever.-level gas prices are A Good Thing™: They cause people to cut back on driving and, thus, "help save lives."
So if birth control prices really are as f**king fluking high as 23- 30-year-old extremely irresponsible liberals(birm)claim perjure themselves with materially false statements before Congress, why are they doing just the opposite?

Finally, fluking is a risky activity, especially so if you're in "need" of three fluking grand's worth of Fluke Facilitators™. It doesn't fluking matter how many available safety precautions are in place then. Such irresponsible risk-taking always costs lives.
Therefore, what we really need to be asking is what's fluking responsible about making taxpayers — or anyone else, for that matter — subsidize extremely irresponsible liberals(birm)'s risky fluking activities? especially knowing full well when you subsidize something you get more of it?
Make no fluking mistake: The issue here isn't liberals' tired and false boogeyman of Mean Ol' Republicans® attempting to legislate morality.
It's clearly about extremely irresponsible liberals(birm) demanding everyone else pay the consequences of their complete lack of any.
“The whole thing was engineered, but don’t expect the mainstream media to report that to you.”
Newt Gingrich's not taking the extremely irresponsible liberals(birm)'s fluking phony-debate bait: "This is a very serious fundamental fight about religious liberty."
By the way: Fluke you, fluking ProFlowers, fluking Carbonite, fluking LegalZoom, et fluking al. How fluked up can you be? You just roll over while fluking extremely irresponsible liberals(birm) who've been fluking boycotting you since Fluking Day Once fluke with you? See how much fluking business you get now. Those flukers won't be fluking flocking to your fluked up stores. And by fluking coincidence, neither will millions of loyal Rush listeners — you know, the ones formerly known as your fluking Customer Base. The whole fluked-up fluking lot of you can just go fluke yourselves.
ad South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone put together an episode that, instead of depicting mohamhead and his minions, featured Jon Stewart kidnapping and gleefully beheading George Bush before brutally raping Sarah Palin, they never would've been forced to write this:
In the 14 years we've been doing South Park we have never done a show that we couldn't stand behind. We delivered our version of the show to Comedy Central and they made a determination to alter the episode. It wasn't some meta-joke on our part. Comedy Central added the bleeps. In fact, Kyle's customary final speech was about intimidation and fear. It didn't mention Muhammad at all but it got bleeped too.
Secretary Sebelius has already denied 79 requests for waivers from the limited benefit restrictions. Worse, she has arbitrarily decided not to allow individuals to apply for limited benefit and MLR (Medical Loss Ratio edicts that insurance companies spend at least 80-85% of premiums on medical claims) waivers.
Therefore, folks that bought mini-meds in the individual market have suddenly found their plans illegal and those with consumer-driven plans may soon suffer the same fate, with no recourse available.
G
overnment is instituted among individuals to secure each individual's unalienable rights. However, human life, liberty, pursuit of happiness, etc. are not things enjoyed in a collective. For example:
Equal protection of the laws must mean individuals are protected first and foremost. But if politically favored organizations are eligible for administrative waivers while individuals are not, especially when both are subject to suffer similarly adverse effects without such waivers, there is no equal protection.
The Secretary of Health and Human Services has arbitrarily given waivers to 1,169 businesses and five entire states from harmful provisions of ObamaCare. Despite union workers only making up 11.9% of the workforce, 45.55% of waiver beneficiaries are unionized!
While powerful liberal unions are now reaping the benefits of their tens of millions of dollars in support for President Obama's campaign, the rest of America is left fully complying with the destructive ObamaCare law, leading millions to ask:
Packages and school supplies raised through these organizations are transported to Iraq, free of charge, by FedEx, then distributed to Iraqi children by our brave freedom fighters.
