How often, for example, have you heard the emergency-room argument? The uninsured, it's said, use emergency rooms for primary care. That's expensive and ineffective. Once they're insured, they'll have regular doctors. Care will improve; costs will decline. Everyone wins. Great argument. Unfortunately, it's untrue.

Just like "if you like your plan/doctor, yes you can keep your plan/doctor. Period!"

Once again we learn it was nothing but lies.

Backers of ObamaCare have said it would reduce the number of visits to emergency rooms, the Wall Street Journal notes, but in fact, a poll of ER doctors finds that number has been climbing.

Exactly as predicted by everybody with something other than fascistic feces for brains when Øbigliar and his Democrook accomplices in Congress were conspiring to ram their unread, 2,000-page bill fraud down all our throats.

"Visits are going up despite the (Affordable [sic] Care [sic] Act), and in a lot of cases because of it," a spokesman for the American College of Emergency Physicians tells the Journal.

Also, the average family's annual health care costs were supposed to go down by $2,500. But, of course, the opposite has happened. Just look at how "affordable" your deductible and premiums are now.

The findings come from a March poll of 2,098 doctors, three-quarters of whom said they'd seen ER visits increase since January 2014. Last year, less than half of doctors polled noted an increase in the number of visits.

After many lawless delays and exemptions, we're finally starting to feel the full abominable effects of Øfascist"Care".

The ACEP says people who have gained Medicaid insurance under the law are heading to the ER because they have a hard time getting appointments otherwise; many doctors won't accept their insurance, ACEP notes.

Another prediction come true.

There is also the problem of hospitals and ERs closing.

Ditto.

The president of ACEP tells USA Today that there is also a shortage of primary care doctors given the number of people now insured.

Only fanatical fascists like Øbigliar and his co-conspirators in government and media didn't want you to see that one coming.

US officials have predicted that by 2020, the country will be 20,000 primary care doctors short of its needs. "(Patients) don't have anywhere to go but the emergency room," he says. "This is what we predicted. We know people come because they have to."

By then, don't be surprised if you have to bring along an interpreter whenever you visit your Øfascist"Care" "doctor."

The lawsuit describes the experiment [at the Envirowacko Protection Agency] as involving 41 human subjects, that were elderly patients with a variety of medical issues including asthma and heart problem, being paid $12 per hour to participate in the experiment two hours at a time. During those hours, they were breathing through a plastic tube, a mixture of air and diesel exhaust, the latter of which was piped in directly from the tail-pipe of a running truck parked just outside the building. The lawsuit says the subjects were inhaling directly into their lungs particulate matters from the exhaust called "PM2.5" at a rate 21 times greater than what the EPA [says] is safe for human breathing. It reported in one instance, an elderly woman had to be taken out of the experiment and hospitalized over night to recover from exposure to the poison exhaust.

In an article on the American Thinker, Mark Musser describes the experience this way, "It has been recently revealed that the EPA has far surpassed the dark humor of blowing up kids and people on film that global warming scare-mongers promoted a few years back. In real life, the EPA has been conducting human experiments on people by piping diesel fumes from a running truck mixed with air into their lungs at a North Carolina university. The agency has ginned up yet another green crusade — the lethal dangers of diesel fumes. They even had a gas chamber set up to accommodate the environmental research project that shockingly recalls the death camps in Poland."

This was clearly an unethical and likely illegal and certainly hideous experiment using human subjects, on which Musser further writes, "Not surprisingly, the EPA is now in the process of being sued for conducting dangerous experiments on human guinea pigs. The courts will decide whether or not serious laws and practices were violated, including the international Nuremberg Code that was set up after sixteen Nazi doctors were executed for medical terrorism. After the barbaric fallout of Nazi Germany, where many people were treated like experimental animals, the Nuremberg Code was designed to be an international governing set of principles to regulate the practice of human experimentation. The whiff of the Jewish holocaust is therefore unmistakable."...

Next time a liberal tells you "if   insert tyrannically intrusive extremist plan here   could save even one person's life, we [i.e., bigger government] ought to do it," punch him in his hypocritical fascist face. It'll make the Baby Jesus smile.

This experiment was carried out by the EPA under Lisa Jackson, appointed by Barack Obama [Doktor Obamengele], who had testified before congress that she believes the particulate matter in diesel fuel is killing people who inhale it from the air. If she believes that, why was she having this poison piped directly into the lungs of human subjects in massive dosages, 21 times the strength her own agency says is safe for humans to breath in?

The Deterioratic Party, unless its misleaders are as mouth-breathingly imbecilic as they all appear, must accept that permanent decrease if they don't want to hear between now and the 2014 midterm elections that they're waging war on the Middle Class. No longer could they hold the Middle Class hostage to their soak bleed-the-rich schemes.

Also, if they try to make an issue out of the fact that the rich aren't getting this 10 percent tax cut, Republicans need only say that the fact is the rich aren't getting this 10 percent tax cut.

Speaker John Boehner on a Sunday talk show later this month:

Democrats are stupid. They say we only want to help the rich. But they're the ones who don't want to help the middle class. We do, by giving every middle-class taxpayer a permanent 10 percent tax cut. Yet the Democrats stubbornly want to risk hurting the middle class by allowing everyone's taxes to go up. Why? So they can "make a point"? That's not only stupid, but extremely harmful.

Moreover, the "rich" job creators in this country, knowing their taxes won't be going up, now will finally have the confidence they need to move forward with their plans for creating good-paying jobs. Which means, even with the middle-class tax cut, much more revenue for the government.

ow does Øbamadethathappen save gut Medicare outlays? Let me clearly count the ways:

He guts them to the depth and breadth and height

His soulless plan can reach, when feeling out of sight

For the ends of justifying means and real disgrace.

He guts them to the level of everyday's

Senior most in need, by point of a gun and taxes not so light.

He guts them freely, as Seniors are deprived every healthcare "right";

He guts them surely, as they're burned by Øbamadethathappen's tax raise.

He guts them with no compassion but to abuse

In his old beefs, and with his Marxist comrades's bad faith:

He guts them with a hate he seems to let loose

On our oldest Seniors, — he guts them with the final breath,

Smiles, tears, of each Senior's life! — and, if government choose,

He shall but gut them better after setting up Payment Advisory Boards Panels of Death.

Altogether, ObamaCare cuts $818 billion from Medicare Part A (hospital insurance) from 2014-2023, the first 10 years of its full implementation, and $3.2 trillion over the first 20 years, 2014-2033. Adding in ObamaCare cuts for Medicare Part B (physicians fees and other services) brings the total cut to $1.05 trillion over the first 10 years and $4.95 trillion over the first 20 years.

These draconian cuts in Medicare payments to doctors, hospitals and other health-care providers that serve America's seniors were the basis for the Congressional Budget Office's official "score" — repeatedly cited by the president — that the health-reform legislation would actually reduce the federal deficit. But Mr. Obama never disclosed how that deficit reduction would actually be achieved.

There will be additional cuts under ObamaCare to Medicare Advantage, the private option to Medicare that close to one-fourth of all seniors have chosen for their coverage under the program because it gives them a better deal. Mr. Foster [Medicare's chief actuary] estimates that 50% of all seniors with Medicare Advantage will lose their plan because of these cuts. Mr. Obama's pledge that "If you like your health plan, you will be able to keep it" clearly does not apply to America's seniors.

Moreover, there will be additional cuts to Medicare adopted by bureaucrats at the Medicare Independent Payment Advisory Board. ObamaCare empowers this board to close Medicare financing gaps by adopting further Medicare cuts that would become effective without any congressional action. Mr. Foster reports that "The Secretary of HHS is required to implement the Board's recommendations unless the statutory process is overridden by new legislation."

The drastic reductions in Medicare reimbursements under ObamaCare will create havoc and chaos in health care for seniors. Many doctors, surgeons and specialists providing critical care to the elderly — such as surgery for hip and knee replacements, sophisticated diagnostics through MRIs and CT scans, and even treatment for cancer and heart disease — will cease serving Medicare patients. If the government is not going to pay, then seniors are not going to get the health services, treatment and care they expect.

Mr. Foster reports that two-thirds of hospitals already lose money on Medicare patients. Under ObamaCare it will get much worse. Hospitals also will shut down or stop serving Medicare patients.
