ecause of petty partisan politics, lies-telling lying Øliar and his fellow Veteran-hating Democrooks in the Senate opposed last year's bipartisan House bill that would've reduced the backlog problems that are literally killing our sick Veterans.

But these haters are more interested in scoring political points than saving the lives of any of our Veterans. Yeah, a real shocker.

One area of commonality for [House] Republicans and Democrats was the need to get the VA to reduce its backlog of disability claims. The VA has been widely criticized for making more than 800,000 veterans wait for decisions about their benefits, with most of these veterans waiting longer than the 125-day deadline that the VA has set as a goal for handling claims.

The bill includes new funding to help the VA work through these claims.

"The bill includes funding that will jumpstart efforts to clean up the backlog and force DOD and VA to get moving on a system that should have been in place years ago," House Appropriations Committee Chairman Hal Rogers (R-Ky.) said during the debate.

But in addition to that carrot, the House also include a few "stick" measures, including an amendment that would cut the salaries of senior VA officials unless the backlog is reduced.

The House also approved amendments to block bonus awards for these officials and strip the VA of $10 million in funds it would normally use for conferences. Instead, that $10 million would go to process disability claims more quickly.

"No, we can't cut Secretary Shinseki's salary. No, we can't cut his or his staff's 'conference' trips to the hottest vacation spots. No, we can't cut any of their exorbitant bonuses. He and they are doing such wonderful jobs!" That was one of the two main reasons they opposed the bill. The other is they hate our Veterans.

House passage sends the bill to the Senate, but given the uncertainty about the budget and the process for handling spending bills this year, it's not clear whether or when the Senate will consider it.

Given how much Demøfascists in the Senate and White House hate our Veterans and love their government perks, it's very clear. They'll consider reducing those backlogs as soon as ten feet of snow Climate Change^® blanket every square inch of Hell.

Earlier this week, the Obama administration said it would veto the bill....

Because it hates our Veterans and loves its extremely generous perks.

Now go crawl off and die quickly, Veterans. You're cramping Øfascist's and his Senate rubber-stampers' style.

ave you ever heard of the Budget and Accounting Act? Here's the link to a Wikipedia^® article about it that's so easy to read, Mr. Constitutional-"Scholar"-in-Chief, even you might be able to grasp the overall gist of it.

See the part that says, "Appropriations committees... put together appropriations bills"? It says "bills," meaning more than one piece of legislation. That's the definition of "piecemeal," you sneering, arrogant brain-dead pussbucket. "One piece at a time."

Now we got that all cleared up, why don't you tell your heartless child-killing yapdog in the Senate Harry Reid Hank the Ripper to let our senators vote on and pass the House's bills — plural — that would fully fund child cancer research (that's bill "1"), Veterans services and benefits (bill "2"), national security agencies (bill "3"), national guard and reserve (bill "4"), parks and museums (bill "5"), and the rest you'll have to use the fingers on your other hand, as well as the toes on both your feet, to continue counting?

The American people will be glad you did.

Or yes you can keep being irrationally stubborn like you always are and let children needlessly die, old people needlessly lose their benefits, our nation needlessly be vulnerable to terrorist attacks, and many more citizens needlessly suffer, just because your idea of a "negotiation" is "everybody else just shut up and just let me have everything that I want!" Just keep cynically playing your damn "optics" games like you always do, until you and your whole damn callous, mean-spirited party "win" and all of the American people lose.

[fuBarack Øfascist] delivered another flaccid, embarrassing effort to absolve himself of his failures, to condemn any workable idea for which he can't take credit and to intimidate anyone who dares to call his bluff.

This is not the behavior of a strong and confident leader. These are the actions of a president in the middle of a complete panic-fueled public meltdown.

It's always funny when Obama puts on his best "don't call my bluff" poker face and attempts to bully someone into submission.

Even after nearly four years he doesn't seem to understand that "bluffing" means you know you're holding a losing hand.

Better yet, just goosestep over to that "shut down" golf course where you always go and enjoy the links this weekend. Let the true adults in the negotiating room work this out for the benefit of all the American people.

They'll be glad you did.

This is unprecedented. Barring the public from open landmarks that remind us of the struggles and sacrifices of Americans in and on behalf of our democratic republic has never been attempted during any previous partial government shutdown. In fact, Baracrook Øfascist is sending in far more allegedly "furloughed" security personnel to keep us out of "our" public lands in America than he ever thought felt he should send in to keep terrorists out of our diplomatic lands in Libya and Egypt during an expected al-Qaeda attack.

And all because this all-or-nothing tyrant wants to get just his way and no one else's on his disastrous, corrupt program that the American people clearly and thoroughly despise, and has obstinately refused to negotiate in good faith or ever compromise with their duly-elected representatives.

Oh, he'll jump at any chance to negotiate with Iran and others who'd like to see our country and everyone in it die a horrible, agonizing death. But never with patriotic members of Congress who're doing everything yes they can to save our country and everyone in it from all his extremist plans, policies, programs, bailouts, bribes, kickbacks, injustices, lawbreaking, warmongering, and every other dangerous, bankrupting, lying, vengeful, destructive thing he's doing that's killing America and us.
