I, Donald John Trump, do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. So help me God.

For today, yes we can reflect on what in the course of human events contributed most to impelling that singularly momentous one. Just as the mindless totalitarianism of King George III and President Jimmy Carter each required — nay, outright screamed for — a mighty revolution to counteract and repair the untold damage it wreaked throughout our land, it became our right and our duty to start another to undo all the havoc and destruction which Presentyrant Baracrook Hussein Ødespot's long train of abuses and usurpations has been causing.
And, boy, what a start this revolution has had: No less than 1,030 legislative and executive seats lost by Democrats Demøfascists during Øbraindead's alleged "presidency"! His extremist accomplices now face real opposition from God-fearing, freedom-loving, true-American patriots in all but five coastal states. Their cruel dictatorships are in tatters and crumbling. All thanks, most assuredly, to their fanatical Der Fübar.
Good riddance, decrepit and unbalanced Democrooks' brutal grips on power.
Welcome back, government of the people, by the people, for the people.
What follows is my 100-day action plan to Make America Great Again. It is a contract between myself and the American voter — and begins with restoring honesty, accountability and change to Washington
Therefore, on the first day of my term of office, my administration will immediately pursue the following six measures to clean up the corruption and special interest collusion in Washington, DC:
First, propose a Constitutional Amendment to impose term limits on all members of Congress;
Second, a hiring freeze on all federal employees to reduce federal workforce through attrition (exempting military, public safety, and public health);
Third, a requirement that for every new federal regulation, two existing regulations must be eliminated;
Fourth, a five-year ban on White House and Congressional officials becoming lobbyists after they leave government service;
Fifth, a lifetime ban on White House officials lobbying on behalf of a foreign government;
Sixth, a complete ban on foreign lobbyists raising money for American elections.
On the same day, I will begin taking the following seven actions to protect American workers:
First, I will announce my intention to renegotiate NAFTA or withdraw from the deal under Article 2205;
Second, I will announce our withdrawal from the Trans-Pacific Partnership;
Third, I will direct my Secretary of the Treasury to label China a currency manipulator;
Fourth, I will direct the Secretary of Commerce and U.S. Trade Representative to identify all foreign trading abuses that unfairly impact American workers and direct them to use every tool under American and international law to end those abuses immediately;
Fifth, I will lift the restrictions on the production of $50 trillion dollars' worth of job-producing American energy reserves, including shale, oil, natural gas and clean coal;
Sixth, lift the Obama-Clinton roadblocks and allow vital energy infrastructure projects, like the Keystone Pipeline, to move forward;
Seventh, cancel billions in payments to U.N. climate change programs and use the money to fix America's water and environmental infrastructure.
Additionally, on the first day, I will take the following five actions to restore security and the constitutional rule of law:
First, cancel every unconstitutional executive action, memorandum and order issued by President Obama;
Second, begin the process of selecting a replacement for Justice Scalia from one of the 20 judges on my list, who will uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States;
Third, cancel all federal funding to Sanctuary Cities;
Fourth, begin removing the more than 2 million criminal illegal immigrants from the country and cancel visas to foreign countries that won't take them back;
Fifth, suspend immigration from terror-prone regions where vetting cannot safely occur — all vetting of people coming into our country will be considered extreme vetting.
Next, I will work with Congress to introduce the following broader legislative measures and fight for their passage within the first 100 days of my Administration:
1. Middle Class Tax Relief and Simplification Act. An economic plan designed to grow the economy 4% per year and create at least 25 million new jobs through massive tax reduction and simplification, in combination with trade reform, regulatory relief, and lifting the restrictions on American energy. The largest tax reductions are for the middle class. A middle-class family with two children will get a 35% tax cut. The current number of brackets will be reduced from seven to three, and tax forms will likewise be greatly simplified. The business rate will be lowered from 35 to 15 percent, and the trillions of dollars of American corporate money overseas can now be brought back at a 10 percent rate.
2. End the Offshoring Act. Establishes tariffs to discourage companies from laying off their workers in order to relocate in other countries and ship their products back to the U.S. tax-free.
3. American Energy and Infrastructure Act. Leverages public-private partnerships, and private investments through tax incentives, to spur $1 trillion in infrastructure investment over ten years. It is revenue neutral.
4. School Choice and Education Opportunity Act. Redirects education dollars to gives parents the right to send their kid to the public, private, charter, magnet, religious or home school of their choice. Ends common core, brings education supervision to local communities. It expands vocational and technical education, and make two- and four-year college more affordable.
5. Repeal and Replace Obamacare Act. Fully repeals Obamacare and replaces it with Health Savings Accounts, the ability to purchase health insurance across state lines, and lets states manage Medicaid funds. Reforms will also include cutting the red tape at the FDA: there are over 4,000 drugs awaiting approval, and we especially want to speed the approval of life-saving medications.
6. Affordable Childcare and Eldercare Act. Allows Americans to deduct childcare and elder care from their taxes, incentivizes employers to provide on-site childcare services, and creates tax-free Dependent Care Savings Accounts for both young and elderly dependents, with matching contributions for low-income families.
7. End Illegal Immigration Act. Fully funds the construction of a wall on our southern border with the full understanding that the country Mexico will be reimbursing the United States for the full cost of such wall; establishes a two-year mandatory minimum federal prison sentence for illegally re-entering the U.S. after a previous deportation, and a five-year mandatory minimum for illegally re-entering for those with felony convictions, multiple misdemeanor convictions or two or more prior deportations; also reforms visa rules to enhance penalties for overstaying and to ensure open jobs are offered to American workers first.
8. Restoring Community Safety Act. Reduces surging crime, drugs and violence by creating a Task Force on Violent Crime and increasing funding for programs that train and assist local police; increases resources for federal law enforcement agencies and federal prosecutors to dismantle criminal gangs and put violent offenders behind bars.
9. Restoring National Security Act. Rebuilds our military by eliminating the defense sequester and expanding military investment; provides Veterans with the ability to receive public VA treatment or attend the private doctor of their choice; protects our vital infrastructure from cyber-attack; establishes new screening procedures for immigration to ensure those who are admitted to our country support our people and our values.
10. Clean Up Corruption in Washington Act. Enacts new ethics reforms to Drain the Swamp and reduce the corrupting influence of special interests on our politics.
On November 8th, Americans will be voting for this 100-day plan to restore prosperity to our economy, security to our communities, and honesty to our government.
This is my pledge to you.
And if we follow these steps, we will once more have a government of, by and for the people.

In North Carolina and Illinois, Mr. Trump also beat Lawyer Ted Cruz, 41 to 37 percent and 40 to 29 percent, respectively; and in Missouri the two are nearly tied, 42 to 41 percent, with half of the precincts reporting. epublicans will hold 31 of the country's 50 governorships next year [and also up to] 69 of the 98 partisan state legislative chambers — more than at any point in history." This further bodes well for the first-ever convening of a convention of states for proposing amendments to the U.S. Constitution.
If all thirty Republican-controlled legislatures and Nebraska's, along with just three of the remaining states' — eight of which have a Republican-controlled house or senate — send an application for it to Congress, the Congress must call that convention. Then, as Alexander Hamilton says in Federalist Paper 85, "We may safely rely on the disposition of the State legislatures to erect barriers against the encroachments of the national authority."
Their application would provide the time and place of convening the convention for proposing amendments as well as interim rules of its proceedings, such as—
The convention meet for that purpose at the place in which the most numerous branch of the state legislature first making such application is sitting, on the one hundred and twentieth day (Sundays excepted) after application of the legislatures of two-thirds of the several States has been made, and be composed of delegates appointed by the several States, with each State appointing, in such manner as the legislature thereof may direct, at least one delegate (but in no event more than five), provided no Senator or Representative in Congress, or person holding an office of trust or profit under the United States, be appointed a delegate;
All votes in the convention be taken by States, the delegation from each State having one vote, with a quorum to do business consisting of a delegate or delegates from a majority of the States, and a majority of all the States being necessary to an agreement, approval, or adoption of the convention on any question, order, or resolution;
The convention choose its president and other officers, determine the rules of its proceedings, punish delegates for disorderly behavior, with the concurrence of two-thirds of all the States expel a delegate, and keep a journal of its proceedings and publish the same after it adjourns sine die; and
The articles approved by the convention be proposed as amendments to the Constitution of the United States, which shall be valid to all intents and purposes as part of the Constitution when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress.
It would resolve, also, that—
This application constitutes a continuing application in accordance with Article V of the United States Constitution until at least two-thirds of the legislatures of the several States have made application to the Congress of the United State to call a Convention for the specific and exclusive purpose of proposing amendments to the Constitution of the United States reading substantially as those contained in this resolution;
If Congress proposes, within 90 days after the legislatures of two-thirds of the States have made that application, all the amendments to the Constitution of the United States identical with those contained in this resolution, then this application shall no longer be of any force or effect; and
This application be deemed null and void, rescinded, canceled, and of no effect in the event that a convention for proposing amendments includes purposes other than providing for amendments to the Constitution of the United States reading substantially as those contained in this resolution.
Finally, every state legislature making this application would request each of the others make it too, and would transmit certified copies of it to them and to both houses of Congress and the U.S. representatives and senators from that state.
After the first legislature sends this application to Congress, the others need send only their concurrence.
As it so happens, Georgia's legislature made an application last March for an Article V convention for proposing amendments that "impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government, and limit the terms of office for its officials and for members of Congress." Alaska's then Florida's followed suit a month later using the same language. The strategy is particular subjects rather than particular amendments; and the amendments suggested here for that convention each falls within one of those subjects.
When this application is made by the legislatures of 31 more states, we'll be closer than we've ever been in living memory to "erecting barriers against the encroachments of the national authority."

Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Maricopa County jails have made national headlines for years.
First there was the construction of Tent City in 1993, then there was the introduction of the infamous pink underwear he makes the inmates wear — and now he's at it again.
The Sheriff has announced he's turning his jails — vegetarian! No more meat will be served in Arpaio's jails.
When they finally arrest and convict The Øfascists Moochhell and Baracrook for gross misuse of taxpayer funds and aggravated acts of corruption and treason, both need to serve at least part of their respective multi-life sentences in one of Sheriff Arpaio's jails.
In Moochhell's case, forcing her to eat the kinds of "food" she wants government to literally ram down everyone else's throat would be the height of poetic justice. In Baracrook's, however, he'd probably enjoy wearing the pink underwear... a little too much.
Arizona's Republican Governor Jan Brewer has shown another way back to the Constitution by signing a law which views the 2nd Amendment's constitutional right to keep and bear arms as a concealed-carry permit within the borders of her state.
While (Fascist-in-Chief) Obama treats the Constitution as a body of negative rights which justify federal expansion and intrusion into our lives, Arizona has just passed a law based on the premise Ted Nugent once expressed when he said: "The 2nd Amendment is my conceal-carry permit."
This new law allows Arizonans who are at least 21 years old and who have no felonies on their record to carry a concealed handgun on their person without a permit.
First, her people actually did something both constitutionally principled and practical about the selfish, disrespectful illegals' dangerous invasion of our country. Then they work towards so doing something about the woefully lax enforcement of all our Constitution's presidential-eligibility provisions. Now they've done so again with respect to our constitutional right to keep and bear arms.
Who can oppose any of that? (Besides, of course, lawbreakers and aiders and abettors of lawbreakers.)

"Oh the humanity!"
Yesterday, Thursday, February 12th, 2009, six prominent firms fired over 700 attorneys and legal staffers, in what is becoming known as Black Thursday in the legal industry.

he same color now darkening practically every other day of the week, too. No doubt Present Øpromisebreaker's firing of all 93 U.S. Attorneys won't have too long to wait for one similarly shady.
Dechert also confirmed that on Thursday it let go of associates and counsel. In December, the firm laid off 72 staffers in the US and 15 staffers in the UK. It also laid off 13 attorneys in March 2008.

Philadelphia's Cozen O'Connor laid off 61 administrative staff and paralegals.

The only thing that could make all this non-bad news better is that the same thing is happening throughout America's "news"paper industry the Dictatoratic Party's print-propaganda ministries. (Oh, wait... it is! "Oh, the humanity poetic justice!")
Now, one shouldn't consider "good" the misfortune of any fellow human being.
And I wouldn't if a preponderance of such consideration had even the remotest chance of substantially being apposite in some unfrivolous number of these particular cases.

There was all that lovely money about to flow out of Washington in a virtual flood, and the only thing you ever let pop into your empty pointy small-minded selfish little heads is, "How much of it can we get our grubby hands on?"

Not your rotten pals you sneakily tried to enrich this past week using our money, which you'd planned to embezzle;
Not your corrupted, in-the-tank worshipers in the alleged "news" media, who collectively turn the blind eye of a propagandist to your blatant incompetence and many wrongdoings;
But us.
Your Congress this afternoon didn't need a single Republican to get something passed that would've helped us.
But you had a multi-multi-Billion dollar heist planned, so you needed them to provide you cover on your shady backroom dealings.
Fortunately for the American people, many members of your own party saw exactly what you and your fellow so-called "leaders" were up to, how it wasn't going to be helpful at all to us, and patriotically dissented and deserted your same old greedy stinking corrupt party-first-and-always 'rat infested boatload of useless politicians before you could sink those true Democrats to the bottom of that filthy mire along with you. (Thank the Lord, also, for their acts of courage.) Many more, unfortunately, didn't think feel you were being shady enough. These deserve our country's scorn as well.
Today marks a true victory of, by, and for the American people over the shameless forces of fraud, waste, and abuse within their own halls of government.
Congratulations, fellow Citizens. We fought the good fight for all the good guys in America — and won!

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Republican presidential candidate John McCain beat Democratic rival Barack Obama in the crucial battle to attract U.S. television viewers during their race to the White House, according to figures released on Friday.
Nielsen Media Research said a record 38.9 million TV viewers watched McCain accept the Republican nomination on Thursday, slightly more than the 38.3 million people who tuned in for Obama's speech last week.
McCain's tally was believed to be the biggest commercial TV audience ever for a single night of a U.S. political convention, Nielsen said.
The Republican convention in St. Paul also attracted more average viewers overall than the Democratic Party convention in Denver last week.

en. Pres. McCain's acceptance speech reminds me of the first Pres. Bush's in 1988. In the weeks leading up to it, the media ran story after story — Demoqrat propaganda, really — cartoonishly portraying him as a weak, goofish "wimp" or detached, "silver spoon"-fed villain. Being a young "all-heart"progressive liberal and al-Gorebot(!) voter back then, I more or less lapped it up.
Then I tuned in for Pres. Bush's speech.
There was steel in his voice. His face shone with determination and conviction. Both engendered my confidence in his ability to lead our nation well.
I voted for him that November.
Perhaps that's why, given the internal backbiting and overall mean-spiritedness of the Demoqrats' 1988 national convention and their subsequent, overt nastiness before Pres. Bush's speech, U.S. News & World Report's Michael Barone writes about the parallels he's found in their latest, calling it "the edgiest Democratic National Convention since 1988."
By far, the 1988 and 2008 Republican national conventions were each more uplifting than both those Demoqrat ones combined.
So proclaim all law-abiding District of Columbia residents whose constitutionally protected individual right to equally defend themselves against increasingly out-of-control and heavily armed criminals who, like our nation's enemies, enjoy constant coddling from liberal "public" "servants" is now recognized by the highest court in our land.

he Supreme Court of the United States, deciding its incitement of a Second American Revolution would be neither necessary nor proper toward extending the ground of public confidence in the government, ordered the liberal one of D.C., in a manner so clear as to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, to cease denying the people it governs, under color of law, their fundamental privileges and immunities explicitly enumerated in our Bill of Rights. Particularly those to which the second amendment to our Constitution expressly declares each of us is entitled, subject never to any disparagement or infringement by a government so flagrantly and condescendingly mistrustful of your or my full exercise of them as the District's rights-violating liberal regime (but I repeat myself) is.
The handgun ban and the trigger-lock requirement (as applied to self-defense) violate the Second Amendment. The District's total ban on handgun possession in the home amounts to a prohibition on an entire class of "arms" that Americans overwhelmingly choose for the lawful purpose of self-defense. Under any of the standards of scrutiny the Court has applied to enumerated constitutional rights, this prohibition — in the place where the importance of the lawful defense of self, family, and property is most acute — would fail constitutional muster. Similarly, the requirement that any lawful firearm in the home be disassembled or bound by a trigger lock makes it impossible for citizens to use arms for the core lawful purpose of self-defense and is hence unconstitutional.
Bad news, to be sure, for criminals and their liberal friends.
Great news for all freedom-respecting and -loving Americans.
