ongress should call itself into session now and pass a bill that would exempt every American motorist from any criminal prosecution or civil action arising from his or her vehicle striking, injuring, or killing one or more braindead, safety-pinheaded crybullying "protesters" rioters who intentionally obstruct or otherwise deny his or her right of travel upon any American roadway. Whether they were struck, injured, or killed accidentally or not would be immaterial. Moreover, all those "protesters" rioters (or their estates) would be fined an amount equal to the costs of repairing or replacing the motorist's vehicle plus all of the motorist and his passengers's medical and funeral expenses; and all such costs and expenses would be paid by the United States out of highway trust-fund monies. Finally, any such obstruction or denial that results in the death of the vehicle's operator of any of its occupants would be a federal capital offense.
Of course, "President" Puddy Tat will, as he always does, stand up for whoever's terrorizing law-abiding Americans, and thus will veto that bill. Voters will remember in 2018 and beyond not only his deplorable betrayal, but also that committed by all his liberofascist accomplices in Congress who voted against the bill's passage.
Fortunately for all peaceable, law-abiding Americans, Congress may pass the same bill when it convenes next year, in time for President Trump to sign it into law right after he's sworn into office. Then America's roadways will be safe again for you and me as well as for our children.
"This is not simply another four-year election. This is a crossroads in the history of our civilization that will determine whether or not We the People reclaim control over our government." –Donald J. Trump
urrendering to liberogressives the total redistribution of wealth they desire, without gaining any concessions from them in return, would be worse than selling our free-market souls to the devil. At least the tragic Dr. Faustus had something tangible, albeit temporary, to show for his diurnalish pact with Mephistopheles. No, our bargain entails only a sip of redistributional hell for the eternal bliss of no more income taxes.
The fair tax's prebate feature already gives us a drop of that hell by refunding in advance the amount of national retail sales tax families will be paying respectively each month on their purchases of basic needs: The larger the family, the larger the prebate. However, public assistance programs still would be required for impoverished families.
But by taking the full sip, our bargain eliminates those separate entitlements along with all their attendant agencies, not only making government less bloated but freeing lower-income families from their servile dependence on that political class most committed to doling out other people's money. Instead of tax prebates, the fair tax would incorporate payments equivalent to all purchases of essential goods and services by America's families plus the national retail sales tax on them. Each household, regardless its income, receives this necessities allowance based on how many valid Social Security cardholders reside there.
This is our side of the bargain. In exchange, the servants of redistribution give us a land totally purged of all other federal taxes, whether on incomes, gifts, capital gains, or estates, as well as Social Security withholdings.
Finally, by forfeiting a tiny bit more of our souls, we may increase the allowance to include purchase of basic health care plans, thus ridding our land of every Øfascist"Care" malignancy too. Moreover, since every American's basic purchases are compensated, there would be no need to continue separately feeding the Social Security, Medicare, or Medicaid bureaucracies. We'll eliminate those middlemonsters also, and pass the savings on to you, the American people.
There are, nevertheless, several market-force realities that must be taken into account before striking such a bargain. When every citizen or legal resident starts each month with the same minimum amount of money to spend, there's a substantial risk of having too many dollars chasing too few goods and services. The trick is to make the fair tax not just revenue neutral but spending neutral as well. Entitlement programs already transfer an ungodly portion of that amount, either directly or indirectly, to grocery stores, doctors, day care centers, etc., etc. But if we're no longer paying the swarms of federal officers currently sent hither to harass our people and eat out their substance — aka bureaucrats — then the exorbitant salaries, perks, and bonuses they receive won't be coming from their big fat Civil Service paychecks but from their finding and working real jobs in the private sector. That is, the woefully few who can actually become qualified and valuable enough to be paid the same amount there. This would automatically result in a drastic pay cut for almost every member of that swarm, which would help offset the amount of money entering the economy via the necessities allowance. In addition, nearly all of Washington, D.C. would be rendered utterly a barren wasteland after the luscious and luxurious overhead formerly enjoyed by those swarmers falls victim to the bulldozer; although several nice, empty parks could be planted in its place. The total amount of money the federal government may justifiably take from us then would be far less than what it steals, borrows, cheats, and extorts from us now, while the total amount of money hemorrhaging out of it would be correspondingly reduced. It means both a smaller and a much more efficient and effectual federal government. Something every American should welcome.
If the above is able to sufficiently forestall any inflationary effects otherwise stemming from the necessities allowance, ours is a bargain from which we wouldn't have to wait 24 years before seeing very real benefits.
he biological purists argue that marriage is naturally between one man and one woman of different families, that it is meant to support a naturally stable structure in which children are created and raised and by which our species best propagates and thrives.
A few well-shopped jurists have said, in effect, "What do the laws of nature and of nature's God know?" Marriage, they and other non-biological purists counter, is between any two (or more) consenting persons. Whether opposite-sex, same-sex, or even same-kin, it should not matter. The homophobes, incestophobes, and other bigots have no case under the laws of enlightened nations.
With the issue being defined in terms of rights, not nature, it won't be long before all persons are free to choose to marry whomever they respectively wish. A man may marry his father(s), his adult brother(s), and/or his adult son(s); a woman her mother(s), adult sister(s), and/or adult daughter(s). Similarly, a woman may marry her father(s), her adult brother(s), and/or her adult son(s); a man his mother(s), adult sister(s), and/or adult daughter(s). Their right to choose should not be curtailed by bigotry, superstition, or fear.
We all have heard the propaganda of incestophobes that a same-kin marriage is more likely to produce physically or mentally challenged children than a non-kin one. "Inbreeding" is the derogatory term they use. Yet their beliefs are based solely on historical anecdote or biased "studies" that allegedly show the "dangers" of it; and their clichés and stereotypes promote only ignorance and hatred. Of course, such "concerns" are irrelevant with respect to same-sex-same-kin marriages.
Our modern view of tolerance demands that anything goes. Nothing should stop it. This is becoming especially true for the evolving construct of marriage.
Fortunately for the American people, he's not the only public servant who takes his solemn oath very seriously. (LANGUAGE WARNING)

lthough Chief Mark Kessler was fired by the borough council after he posted this video, he and his many thousands of liberty-loving supporters continue to stand up for all of our rights, "even for those who oppose our constitution."
n Maricopa County, Arizona, choosing to be a worthless criminal scumbag thug is most unwise.
Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Maricopa County jails have made national headlines for years.
First there was the construction of Tent City in 1993, then there was the introduction of the infamous pink underwear he makes the inmates wear — and now he's at it again.
The Sheriff has announced he's turning his jails — vegetarian! No more meat will be served in Arpaio's jails.
When they finally arrest and convict The Øfascists Moochhell and Baracrook for gross misuse of taxpayer funds and aggravated acts of corruption and treason, both need to serve at least part of their respective multi-life sentences in one of Sheriff Arpaio's jails.
In Moochhell's case, forcing her to eat the kinds of "food" she wants government to literally ram down everyone else's throat would be the height of poetic justice. In Baracrook's, however, he'd probably enjoy wearing the pink underwear... a little too much.
Yes Congress can constitutionally defund any program it pleases.
T
he Presentdunce set many precedents with his unilateral funding of unlawful government "research," unlawful foreign pro-abortion propaganda, unlawful domestic publicity and propaganda, unlawful fast and furious arming of murderous Mexican drug gangs, unlawful partisan political activity, unlawful grants to ACØRN, unlawful aid for islamic terrorist organizations, unlawful schemes intended to obstruct justice, unlawful surveillance of untold millions of law-abiding American citizens, unlawful due-process-free zones, and unlawful dissemination of intelligence data. Just to name a few.
So the Fascist-in-Chief doesn't have a goose-stepping leg to stand on when he and his mindless fanatics in the Øbamaworshipping Media® bleat about Congress unilaterally defunding his Øfascist"Care" massive Train Wreck™. What one Congress funds, yes another can defund — regardless how "entitled" that funding is. More to the point, the 113th Congress has no obligation to fund any unfunded provision of the Demøbamaniac Party's exclusively-partisan, 2,800-page Train Wreck™.
Not that any of this would stop the lawless Øfascist regime from unilaterally funding whatever unlawful thing Der Fübar Baracrook ØTyrant pleases. Constitution? He don't need no stinkin' Constitution!
The president's policies have made it harder to recover from the deepest recession in seventy years, exposed the military to cuts that no one can justify, compromised our national-security secrets, and in dealings with other nations, he has given trust where it is not earned, insult where it was not deserved, and apology where it is not due.
From Berlin to Cairo to the United Nations, President Obama has shared his view of America and its place among nations. I've come here today to share mine.
I am an unapologetic believer in the greatness of America. I am not ashamed of American power. I take pride that throughout history our power has brought justice where there was tyranny, peace where there was conflict, and hope where there was affliction and despair. I do not view America as just one more place on the map, one more power to be balanced. I believe our country is the greatest force for good the world has ever known, and that our influence is needed today as ever before....
A just and peaceful world depends on a strong and confident America....
Now our leadership depends, as it always has, on our economic strength, on our military strength, and on our moral strength. If any one of those falters, no skill of diplomacy or presidential oratory can compensate. And today, as you know, the strength of our economy is in jeopardy.
A healthy American economy is what underwrites American power. When growth is missing, government revenues fall, social spending rises, and many in Washington look to cut defense spending as the easy way out. That includes our current president....
Strategy is not driving the president's massive defense cuts. In fact, his own Secretary of Defense warned that these reductions would be "devastating." And he's right.
And that devastation would start here at home. Mark my words: Those cuts would only weaken an already stretched VA system and our solemn commitment that every veteran receives care second to none. If I am President of the United States, I will not let that happen.
This is no time for the president's radical cuts in our military.... The regime in Tehran is drawing closer to developing a nuclear weapon. The threat of radical Islamic terrorism persists. The threat of weapons of mass destruction proliferation is ever-present. And we're still at war and still have uniformed men and women in conflict.
All this and more is going on in the world. And yet the president has chosen this moment for wholesale reductions in the nation's military capacity. When the biggest announcement in the last state of the union address on improving our military was the Pentagon will start using more clean energy, then you know it's time for a change....
Lives of American servicemen and women are at stake. But astonishingly, the administration failed to change its ways. More top-secret operations were leaked, even some involving covert action going on in Iran.
This isn't a partisan issue; it's a national security crisis. Just yesterday, Democrat Senator Dianne Feinstein, who's chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, said, and I quote, "I think the White House has to understand that some of this is coming from their ranks." End of quote.
This conduct is contemptible. It betrays our national interest. It compromises our men and women in the field. And it demands a full and prompt investigation by a special counsel, with explanation and consequence. Obama appointees who are accountable to President Obama's attorney general should not be responsible for investigating the leaks coming from the Obama White House.
Whoever provided classified information to the media, seeking political advantage for the administration, must be exposed, dismissed, and punished. The time for stonewalling is over....
And let me be very clear: These events make the decision we face in November all the more important. What kind of White House would reveal classified material for political gain?...
The operating principle of American foreign policy has been to work with our allies so that we can deter aggression before it breaks out into conflict. That policy depends on nurturing our alliances and standing up for our values.
Yet the president's moved in the opposite direction.
It began with the sudden abandonment of our friends in Poland and the Czech Republic. They'd courageously agreed to provide sites for anti-missile defense systems, only to be told, at the last hour, that the agreement was off. As part of the so-called reset in policy, missile defenses were sacrificed as a unilateral concession to the Russian government.
And if that gesture was designed to inspire good will from Russia, it clearly missed the mark. The Russian government defended the dictator in Damascus, arming him as he slaughtered the Syrian people.
We can only guess what Vladimir Putin makes of the Obama administration. He regained the Russian presidency in a corrupt election, and for that, he got a congratulatory call from the Oval Office. And then there was that exchange picked up by a microphone that President Obama didn't know was on. We heard him asking Dmitry Medvedev to tell Mr. Putin to give him "space." "This is my last election," he said. "After my election I'll have more flexibility."
Why is it that flexibility with Russian leaders is more important to him than transparency for the American people?...
[T]his is the president who faltered when the Iranian people were looking for support in their struggle against the ayatollahs. That public uprising was treated as an inconvenient problem for the president's policy of engagement, instead of a moral and strategic opportunity. That terrible misjudgment should never be repeated. When unarmed women and men in Tehran find the courage to confront their oppressors, at risk of torture and death, they should hear the unequivocal voice of an American president affirming their right to be free....
President Obama is fond of lecturing Israel's leaders. He was even caught by a microphone deriding them. He's undermined their position, which was tough enough as it was. And even at the United Nations, to the enthusiastic applause of Israel's enemies, he spoke as if our closest ally in the Middle East was the problem.
The people of Israel deserve better than what they've received from the leader of the free world. And the chorus of accusations and threats and insults at the United Nations should never again include the voice of the President of the United States.
There are values and causes and nations that depend on American strength, on the clarity of our purpose, and on the reliability of our commitments. There is work in this world that only America and our allies can do, hostile powers that only we can deter, and challenges that only we can overcome....
I've been critical of the president's decision to withdraw the surge troops during the fighting season against the advice of commanders on the ground. The president would have you believe that anyone who disagrees with his decision is arguing for endless war. But the route to more war — and potentially to attacks here at home — is a politically timed retreat....
It's a mistake — and sometimes a tragic one — to think that firmness in American foreign policy can only bring tension or conflict. The surest path to danger is always weakness and indecision. In the end, it's resolve that moves events in our direction, and strength that keeps the peace.
I will not surrender America's leadership in the world. We must have confidence in our cause, clarity in our purpose, and resolve in our might.
This is very simple: If you don't want America to be the strongest nation on earth, I'm not your president. But with his cuts to the military, you have that president today.
The twenty-first century can and must be an American Century. It began with terror, war, economic calamity. It's our duty to steer it onto the path of freedom and peace and prosperity.
Fewer members of the Greatest Generation are with us here today — and they can't hold the torch as high as they have in the past; they're getting older. It's now our turn: We've got to seize that torch they've carried so gallantly and at such great sacrifice. It's an eternal torch of decency and freedom and hope. It's not America's torch alone. But it's America's duty and honor to hold it high enough so the whole world can see it.
I love America. I love what America represents. I love the sacrifice America has made for Freedom throughout the world.
This is a critical time for our nation — a time of choice. The time to determine what America is going to be over this century. You know where I will lead it: We will have another American Century with freedom blossoming and prosperity for all of our citizens, because I believe in America. I believe in you.
I salute you. And together we'll make sure we keep America the hope of the earth.
Thank you so very much. And God bless the VFW and the United States of America.
You can't keep your most basic promises, and it's my fault?
“Y
ou need to contribute one hundred dollars to us, Mr. Raindead, or the Democrats will (insert fascist evil-doing here) ," the Republican National Committee "messenger" told me on the phone this morning. Caller ID: "000-000-0000."
"I'll make the same pledge I made to the last RNC 'messenger' who called me asking for a donation," I said. "You keep your pledge to cut one hundred Billion from the current federal budget, and I'll start donating again." I thought that was reasonable, given the hundreds I contributed last year and the pitiful return on that investment I've seen this year.
"But we have done a lot already, Mr. Raindead," the messenger claimed without offering hard specifics. "You can't expect us to Walk On Water™."
"I'm not expecting any such thing. You pledged to cut one hundred Billion dollars, but you haven't. You could have easily done it in the House of Representatives, the body you control, because the party who controls the House can pass whatever it wants — free and clear — in the first ten bills of the new session. Even if the Senate later killed the spending cut or the pResident vetoed it, that still means you kept your word."
"So, for this Glass Half Empty™ reason, you're going to withhold your contributions and allow the Democrats to stop us from keeping our promises."
It wasn't a question.
Apparently, this "messenger" wants me to believe that holding the Republican Party accountable for refusing to keep its promises is the same as preventing it from keeping them.
That's the kind of vile, lying accusation that DemøcoMSMunist Party Politburo messengers propagandists are always lodging against people they hate.
Similarly, the GOP is saying that this "promise," despite the facts, was actually "fulfilled."
Cut Government Spending to Pre-Stimulus, Pre-Bailout Levels With common-sense exceptions for seniors, veterans, and our troops, we will roll back government spending to prestimulus, pre-bailout levels, saving us at least $100 billion in the first year alone and putting us on a path to begin paying down the debt, balancing the budget, and ending the spending spree in Washington that threatens our children's future.
This Promise was fulfilled on January 20, 2011. Upon passage of H.Res. 38, current government spending will be rolled back to that of the levels of FY 2008 or before. This will reduce non-security discretionary spending to pre-stimulus, pre-bailout levels. Vote Result • Text of the Resolution [PDF]
Spending hasn't been, but "will be" rolled backed. Someday.
That bit about "saving us at least $100 billion in the first year alone." Well, that's just Walk On Water™ stuff.
I'm not contributing my hard-earned money to hear talk but to see results.
If the RNC and its messengers can't get that, it won't be getting anything from me.
The Epic Failure-in-Chief should grant a couple hundred of his 32,875,634,534-plus waivers to the first one who figures out how to clone Governor Christie:
