Left-leaning media activists who have long been calling for the FCC Fascist Communism Commissars to intervene take away Americans' freedoms said Mr. Fascist Communism Commissars führer Genachowski's proposal unlawfully classifying the Internet a "common carrier" instead of the information service that it is under current law would prevent Internet service providers from picking winners and losers making sound business decisions that boost our economy and help create or save our jobs, as Comcast was accused of doing to users of copyright thieves using BitTorrent, a bandwidth-heavy (and oftentimes copyright-violating) file-sharing service.
In other words, Biggest. Government. Ever.™ knows best.

Ever.™ that has bankrupted Medicare, Social Security, and our whole country with its wanton and grossly negligent acts stemming from sheer incompetence, blazing dishonesty, and extreme mismanagement and its massive, dangerously over-monetized and unsustainable levels of burdensome debt; has permanently damaged our housing market with its Lend To Deadbeats Democrook Voters Or Else® rules dictates; has unjustly enriched its "too big to fail" buddies Most Favored Deep-Pocket Donors Of Political-Campaign Contributions™ with its extremely ill-considered bailouts that not only reward reckless losers and bestow on them highly unfair advantages over their responsible competitors, but disrupt and debilitate our free market mechanisms and put all taxpayers on the hook; has unwarrantly issued unconstitutionally onerous mandates on our states and on each of us with its costly, National Socialistic health-insurance policies and obligations which it's forcing every person to buy and contract or else suffer, like someone accused, convicted, and sentenced after a criminal prosecution but enjoying no trial by an impartial jury, excessive fines perpetually imposed on him and, until such impairment under color of a law that unduly applies the internal-revenue process has coerced him into consenting and submitting to its imperious will as clearly intended by members of the one political party that not only is exclusively responsible for that law's enactment but has been guilty in the past of similarly conspiring to injure, oppress, threaten, and intimidate citizens in the free exercise of their rights, an especially cruel and unusual punishment inflicted on his liberty as well as on his individual income and other property so unreasonably searched and seized and taken without any just compensation in willful violation of his rights; has contorted and manipulated every constitutional principle as well as its own "rules" with its unprecedented takeovers of our banks and automakers; has destroyed every chance of economic recovery our nation otherwise would've had, with its higher jobs-killing taxes and more and more intrusive regulations; has miserably failed to help victims of floods and oil spills with its overly late and overly politicized "responses"; has been in denial of, oblivious to, and done nothing to stop "inconsistent version™" Radical Islamic Extremists' continual attempts to kill numerous innocent civilians on our own soil with its foolishly stubborn efforts to appease that "man-caused disaster™" Enemy and its obvious displays of total weakness in his eyes; has epically failed to secure our borders with its intentional, dangerously irresponsible decision to not enforce, to any necessary and proper extent, the letter and spirit of our immigration laws, but rather offer the entire cheating, colluding, Visigothic swarm of willful lawbreakers unconscionably high degrees of amnesty; has repeatedly foisted on the American people, against their clearly expressed will, the most unwise and strictly partisan monstrosities of legislation with its redistribution only of bribes, payoffs, and kickbacks; has shown no real concern whatsoever for the American people's good or welfare with its unprecedented, out-of-control budget deficits and extreme, unchecked frenzies of wasteful and ineffectual spending of money it neither has nor can ever possibly hope to even meagerly raise; has set forth not to preserve or promote what made and makes our country great, but to diminish and deride both it and that greatness, to deny and denounce the latter and break and belittle the former, and to lament and lambaste each, respectively, with its countless apologies servilely fashioned for fellow tyrannical regimes and its constant attacks officially levied against everything in anywise symbolizing freedom from its widening control; has been a total failure, losing all credibility with the American people on the economy, on the war, on energy, you name the subject; and that now has the unmitigated gall and extreme impertinence to "think" feel that, yes, it can tell our Internet service providers or any other group of entrepreneurs that it knows better than they how to run their businesses, with absolutely no evidence at all to support the purely imagined claim that it ever has, does, or will:
- Real personal income for Americans — excluding government payouts such as Social Security — has fallen by 3.2 percent since President Obama took office in January 2009, according to the Commerce Department's Bureau of Economic Analysis.
For comparison, real personal income during the first 15 months in office for President George W. Bush, who inherited a milder recession from his predecessor, dropped 0.4 percent. Income excluding government payouts increased 12.7 percent during Mr. Bush's eight years in office.
"This is hardly surprising," said Douglas Holtz-Eakin, an economist and former director of the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office. "Under President Obama, only federal spending is going up; jobs, business startups, and incomes are all down. It is proof that the government can't spend its way to prosperity."...
Some 3 million middle-class Americans will be required to pay a penalty for not getting health insurance under the Obama administration's new health care law, raising questions about the president's willingness to break a campaign promise by increasing taxes on some families earning less than $250,000.
A Congressional Budget Office analysis released Thursday said the average cost of the penalty will be slightly more than $1,000 apiece in 2016....
Just before the House passed the health care reform bill, Speaker Nancy Pelosi infamously remarked "We have to pass the bill so you can find out what's in it." It has been nearly six weeks now and we are finding out that what is in it is not necessarily good for health care....
According to a report from the federal agency that administers Medicare and Medicaid, national health expenditures will increase by $311 billion over 10 years because of the new law.
This same report indicated that individuals who purchase health insurance on their own can expect to pay an additional $2,100 a year....
[B]ecause of new taxes and fees on prescription drugs and medical devices, the agency report states that costs would be "passed through to health consumers."...
Because of deep cuts in the [Medicare Advantage] program... the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services estimate that half of seniors will lose the coverage that they currently have.
Seniors on Medicare Advantage are not the only ones who could see changes to Medicare. The law cuts $575 billion out of Medicare over the next 10 years. It is difficult to clearly identify how this will change the program, but many doctors warn that they may not be able to continue seeing Medicare patients if the cuts are too severe....
Lower personal income and higher personal costs. That's always Biggest. Government. Ever.™'s "solution."
