Speaking of Executive Orders.
ODEPINKO and al-Qongressmullah Henry Wackoman (D-AQ) conspired to, in effect, provide financial, material, and logistical support for terrorists who are killing our Troops in Iraq. This according to bestselling author Lieutenant Colonel Robert "Buzz" Patterson in his book War Crimes: The Left's Campaign to Destroy Our Military and Lose the War on Terror. (As of last Tuesday, there's an Executive Order that puts a stop to such support for our enemies — PDF here; full text at end of this post.)
Blackfive recounts the specifics.
Emperor Misha I
- As for organizations, you probably know about International Answer, but did you know about Code Pink sending over $600,000 in supplies and cash to terrorists while our Marines fought with them during the Battle of Fallujah. Did you know that Congressman Henry Waxman facilitated the delivery of supplies through another country to get them into Fallujah? It is all documented in "War Crimes."
, quoting One News Now's Chad Groening
, has more.
- According to Patterson, Congressman Henry Waxman (D-California) facilitated the transaction for CODEPINK by signing a letter allowing them to get the cash and supplies into Fallujah.
FrontPageMagazine.com's Ben Johnson
reported Wackoman's letter in January 2005.
- Pillars of the Hate America Left, who have taken great pains to aid the enemy in every American military venture for 20 years, have just returned from Iraq, where they delivered more than half-a-million dollars in aid to "the other side" — with the full knowledge and consent of left-wing Congressman Henry Waxman, D-CA.
Waxman has signed a letter allowing radical leftist Medea Benjamin and a dozen of her cohorts — some of whom had lost relatives in the Iraq War — to slip the $600,000 of cash and supplies into camps housing refugees from Fallujah, with less outside scrutiny of its contents. The letter was given to Fernando Suarez del Solar, an amnestied illegal immigrant from Mexico and antiwar speaker for the leftist organization Global Exchange, who lost his son Jesus Suarez in Iraq. Fernando Suarez lives near Waxman’s congressional district....
Benjamin is best known as the founder of three of the Left's most effective activist organizations: Global Exchange, Code Pink, and International Occupation Watch....
Having natives distribute aid to a village known for its sympathy to anti-American murderers could have been the masterstroke necessary to get this aid into terrorists' hands and at last bolster the hot war against the Great Satan. Locals would be more likely to know which families had ties to terror, or which had traditional sympathies with Saddam, and could steer the aid accordingly.
Medea Benjamin has the motive, and her allies have actively comforted our enemies before. And some in her recent Iraqi caravan have personal ties to terrorism....
Waxman would love to see the president embarrassed over Iraq; the Congressman apparently did not carefully investigate his fellow travelers before vouching for their good intentions. It makes little difference: No responsible congressman would fail to investigate the backgrounds of those carrying contraband into a war zone before signing on the dotted line; and no responsible public steward would have vouched for a group of radicals whose overt goal is to see the U.S. military defeated in the Tigris-Euphrates.
PC Free Zone Gazette's Wild Thing
wrote about Wackoman's letter in January 2006.
- Democratic Rep. Henry Waxman (California) is reported to have given a letter to antiwar activists to facilitate their delivery of aid to the 'other side' in Fallujah, Iraq.
The leftist online publication Peace and Resistance, in an article published January 1 2005, said that Rep. Waxman had written a letter addressed to the American ambassador in Amman, Jordan to help ease transit through Customs of $600,000 worth of medical supplies and cash collected by the anti-American groups Code Pink and Global Exchange. According to the groups' leader, Medea Benjamin, the aid is destined for the "other side" in Fallujah.
The letter was being carried by Fernando Suarez Del Solar, an antiwar activist whose Marine son, 20-year-old Jesus A Suarez del Solar Novaro, was killed in Iraq on March 27, 2003 when he reportedly stepped on an American cluster bomb fragment.
Mr. Suarez is being accompanied on the trip by fellow parents of soldiers killed in Iraq, as well as several family members of those killed in the September 11 terrorist attacks.
One Iraqi, when informed that parents of American soldiers killed while liberating his country were giving aid to the "other side" in Fallujah, asked, "what kind of people would help those killing their own sons and daughters?"
That's a question the House Ethics Committee should be asking Rep. Waxman.
Wackoman's coconspirator Fernando Suarez del Solar publicly admitted
in December 2004, that he possessed this letter.
With the support of Los Angeles Democratic Congressman Henry Waxman, the Solars will travel to the outskirts of Iraq with two mothers who lost their sons in the conflict and a retired social worker whose son, New York firefighter Timothy Welty, died in the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center....
[CityBeat:] Many of those who have brought aid to Iraq have faced fines from the U.S. government for breaking sanctions. Do you believe you will be prosecuted?
[Fernando Suarez del Solar:] No. I have a letter from Congressman Henry Waxman to the consular officer for Jordan, Daniel Goodspeed, in support of the mission. He also sent a letter to military commanders in Iraq saying we won't go into dangerous areas, only refugee camps.
Not surprisingly, Wackoman's 2004 Letter of Transit and Safe Conduct Behind Enemy Lines is nowhere to be found on
our house.gov's listing
of "Letters to and from Rep. Waxman and Administration officials, fellow Members of Congress and others." Wonder why?
It doesn't matter that President Bush issued the Executive Order below years after the Waxman Conspiracy™ set out to sabotage our war efforts, get our Troops killed, and commit outright treason. Under the laws it cites, all of which were in effect when Wackoman facilitated giving aid and comfort to our enemies, "all property and interests in property" of the traitorous al-Qongressurgent should be "blocked" and "not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in."

Executive Order 13438 of July 17, 2007
Blocking Property of Certain Persons Who Threaten Stabilization Efforts in Iraq
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, as amended (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.)(IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.)(NEA), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code,
I, GEORGE W. BUSH, President of the United States of America, find that, due to the unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States posed by acts of violence threatening the peace and stability of Iraq and undermining efforts to promote economic reconstruction and political reform in Iraq and to provide humanitarian assistance to the Iraqi people, it is in the interests of the United States to take additional steps with respect to the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13303 of May 22, 2003, and expanded in Executive Order 13315 of August 28, 2003, and relied upon for additional steps taken in Executive Order 13350 of July 29, 2004, and Executive Order 13364 of November 29, 2004. I hereby order:
(a) Except to the extent provided in section 203(b)(1), (3), and (4) of IEEPA (50 U.S.C. 1702(b)(1), (3), and (4)), or in regulations, orders, directives, or licenses that may be issued pursuant to this order, and notwithstanding any contract entered into or any license or permit granted prior to the date of this order, all property and interests in property of the following persons, that are in the United States, that hereafter come within the United States, or that are or hereafter come within the possession or control of United States persons, are blocked and may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in: any person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Secretary of Defense,
(i) to have committed, or to pose a significant risk of committing, an act or acts of violence that have the purpose or effect of:
(A) threatening the peace or stability of Iraq or the Government of Iraq; or
(B) undermining efforts to promote economic reconstruction and political reform in Iraq or to provide humanitarian assistance to the Iraqi people;
(ii) to have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, logistical, or technical support for, or goods or services in support of, such an act or acts of violence or any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; or
(iii) to be owned or controlled by, or to have acted or purported to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order.
(b) The prohibitions in subsection (a) of this section include, but are not limited to, (i) the making of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services by, to, or for the benefit of any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order, and (ii) the receipt of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services from any such person.
/ Vol. 72, No. 138 / Thursday, July 19, 2007 / Presidential Documents
(a) Any transaction by a United States person or within the United States that evades or avoids, has the purpose of evading or avoiding, or attempts to violate any of the prohibitions set forth in this order is prohibited.
(b) Any conspiracy formed to violate any of the prohibitions set forth in this order is prohibited.
For purposes of this order:
(a) the term “person” means an individual or entity;
(b) the term “entity” means a partnership, association, trust, joint venture, corporation, group, subgroup, or other organization; and
(c) the term “United States person” means any United States citizen, permanent resident alien, entity organized under the laws of the United States or any jurisdiction within the United States (including foreign branches), or any person in the United States.
Sec. 4. I hereby determine that the making of donations of the type specified in section 203(b)(2) of IEEPA (50 U.S.C. 1702(b)(2)) by, to, or for the benefit of, any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order would seriously impair my ability to deal with the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13303 and expanded in Executive Order 13315, and I hereby prohibit such donations as provided by section 1 of this order.
Sec. 5. For those persons whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order who might have a constitutional presence in the United States, I find that, because of the ability to transfer funds or other assets instantaneously, prior notice to such persons of measures to be taken pursuant to this order would render these measures ineffectual. I therefore determine that for these measures to be effective in addressing the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13303 and expanded in Executive Order 13315, there need be no prior notice of a listing or determination made pursuant to section 1(a) of this order.
Sec. 6. The Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Secretary of Defense, is hereby authorized to take such actions, including the promulgation of rules and regulations, and to employ all powers granted to the President by IEEPA as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this order. The Secretary of the Treasury may redelegate any of these functions to other officers and agencies of the United States Government, consistent with applicable law. All agencies of the United States Government are hereby directed to take all appropriate measures within their authority to carry out the provisions of this order and, where appropriate, to advise the Secretary of the Treasury in a timely manner of the measures taken.
Sec. 7. Nothing in this order is intended to affect the continued effectiveness of any rules, regulations, orders, licenses, or other forms of administrative action issued, taken, or continued in effect heretofore or hereafter under 31 C.F.R. chapter V, except as expressly terminated, modified, or suspended by or pursuant to this order.
/ Vol. 72, No. 138 / Thursday, July 19, 2007 / Presidential Documents
Sec. 8. This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right, benefit, or privilege, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, instrumentalities, or entities, its officers or employees, or any other person.

Wackoman and his fellow al-Qodepinqorats crave power so desperately they'll stop at nothing, including overtly aiding and comforting our worst foreign enemy ever who also shares that extreme craving, to effect America's fatal, monumental defeat in this World War solely because they feel they could get away with blaming such defeat on whoever opposes them and bringing those opponents down with that blame in all the public perception-shaping polls preceding the next election.
He's not just playing politics with this War. Wackoman's willing to commit extreme acts of treason if that's what it takes to help him and his party's other politicians ultimately achieve the one real goal that alone truly matters to them: Total and absolute power.
For those of us who still love our country and freedoms, our goal should be victory over these domestic enemies of America as well. They've worked hard to earn their pink jumpsuits. After our president, using his Executive Order that now better enables him to enforce our laws, blocks their property and donations, they can wear those in either the poorhouse or federal prison.
