So is universally tapping into, continuously monitoring, and permanently noting every citizen or legal resident's personal communications and transactions conducted electronically? Is this the Policed States of America instead of the united ones?

If that be the case, add the Warrant Clause as well as the rest of the Fourth Amendment's provisions to the now growing list of dead-letter ones in our country's constitution.

Even under President Bush there were limits to what the executive branch could legally search while executing the Global War on Terror. After presiTyrant Øfascist officially declared the war over, one would think those limits would increase dramatically. Not decrease to absolutely none.

But one would have to be living securely in a free nation to think such. What we're living in today is nothing of the kind.

Subjects ask, "If you have nothing to hide, why would you want the government to stop monitoring you, unless you actually do have something to hide?" So everything you do is and ought to be the government's business? To even begin to think feel that can ever be compatible with a free society is insane. No one could reasonably expect the result to be, in defiance of all history, any different from every other path to absolute despotism expedited the world over by peoples too cowardly, complaisant, or lazy to stand up and fight for the same individual rights God has endowed all human beings with the moment each was created.

The default form of our government is tyranny. If it is the form we want, we do not need to do anything other than await from that hell foreshadowed by the one our inaction will create here on earth the eternal and inescapable condemnation of God and posterity.

Of course, should you think feel this form will be less fallible and more capable and trustworthy than the one to which we and our forebears were accustomed, try to pay even less attention whenever the subject of fatal, false-positive matches or the Boston Marathon Massacre or IRS-inflicted political vengeance is raised. We certainly wouldn't want anything to disturb your sleep.

Do nothing to deny, lessen, or obstruct their respective rights to choose which physicians and insurers are in their best interests to patronize and which employers are in their best interests to work for, thus giving all physicians, insurers, and employers the highest and clearest possible incentives to freely compete for the title of Best Caterers to their customers and employees' interests.

There's maximum freedom, privacy, and cost savings in this Put Americans First™ alternative to the fascist Democorrupt Party's extremely partisan, Big Government do-all, know-all, be-all "reforms."
